This hotel is great, we stayed here for only one night but wished we could have stayed longer, but will return in future. The room was large and clean with a view of an amazing sunrise and lovely views. The breakfast had a good variety, pancakes were delicious . The pool was great , we had a swim at 9pm... More

We've stayed here twice now - once last October, once this October. This year, we were there Columbus Day weekend so it was a little pricier, but last year it was a great deal. This year, our room was on the top floor of the building by the pool. The view was better than our room last year, which was... More

We stayed here mid-October and couldn't be happier with our stay. Our room was HUGE compared to a standard hotel room. Small frig and table/chairs in the room. View of the river and ocean from the large shared deck. The free breakfast buffet was the best we've had at a hotel. Waffles & pancakes, eggs & sausage, fruit, yogurt, pastries... More

This Hotel was full of Pleasant surprises. Nothing special from the road, the 3 buildings that contain the rooms are terraced into a bank leading down to a lawn overlooking a scenic cove of the Ogunquit river. This arrangement yields a water view for virtually every room. A hand carry boat launch is located at the foot of the lawn.... More

We stayed at this hotel for just one night en-route from Boston to North Conway, which is such a shame because we had a beautiful view from our bedroom balcony and it looked like there was a lot to do in this area, we would have liked to stay at least one more night. Our room was large, very clean... More

This review forms part of a Cosmos tour we took to view the autumn foliage in New England. Only one night here and we were very grateful for that! Not sure what is acceptable in the USA but this “Hotel” resembled a mobile home/caravan if you see what I mean? very odd! Lino floor covering weird electrics and many bad... More

When booking our visit I asked for a room with 2 beds. None were available so I was told we could get the Penthouse ( with 2 bedrooms) at a reasonable rate. I was so pleasantly surprised !! We had a full living and dining area with flat screen TV, a full kitchen with Keurig coffeemaker and a laundry room... More

We chose this for our first night to stop after flying in to Boston before heading up to Bar Harbor. We received a warm welcome when we checked in. The room was a good size and very clean. There was plenty of parking and places to eat within walking distance. The breakfast in the morning was standard motel level but... More

Everything was perfect ; the staff was really kind and helpful, the room was clean and confortable, we enjoyed the swimming pool, kayaks and barbecues. Very pleasant stay. A bit far from the centre or Ogunquit and the beach.

We had a room on the second floor with balcony. Yes, the room fixtures/furniture is a bit out dated but everything is very clean. The tv not Flat screen but big enough to do the job and they get a lot of cable channels. The size of the room was great. The beds where comfy, the coffee maker - k-cup... More
