A very nice hotel, but very expensive for what you get. The breakfast was good, but very basic. Not what you would expect for the price you pay. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Exercise room was well equipped, but very small and very hot. The air conditioning was very confusing to use.

We have enjoyed staying at the Waterville Hampton as Colby parents for the past four years. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The accommodations are very comfortable and clean. The lobby and breakfast area have been recently renovated.

Overall this is a "great" hotel. Staff, facility, everything was the best. Very cute how the staff wore Colby t-shirts. My son was looking at Colby as a potential college - so this really was nice. The staff is professional and clearly like their jobs. Healthy food choices for breakfast!!
