I'd agree with the other reviewers in that this property is very good. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were good sized and clean, and the bed was comfortable. more

My husband had business in Pittsfield ME the next day - since there is nothing in that area we stayed in Waterville for the night. The hotel was clean and basically fine although the bed (I thought) was uncomfortable. I did not get cell phone service either (not sure if this is the case in this area or not). I... more

Most of my travel is for business. I had work in Newport, ME. but I did not want to stay in the motels that were available there. I am very happy that I chose to drive the 25 - 30 minutes each way in order to stay at this Hampton. It is definitely worth it. more

We used the fitness room and we used the business center. Both were very adequate. Breakfast was pretty exceptional for the "hotel buffet" types....we ate there every morning but one...and that morning we walked... more

We stay at this Hampton Inn every summer for camp visiting day weekend and once again we were not surprised by its cleanliness and friendly and helpful staff. What is new: Instead of a computer in the lounge area for general use, there is a small office space on the lowest level accross from the swimming pool. The swimming pool... more

Stayed here on buisness in July 07. The staff here were very friendly. The front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful at check in. The room were very comfortable, and clean. The bathrooms had nice amenities in them. The towels were a little hard though. Not a big deal though. There is a Weathervane across the street that has... more

I stayed at the Hampton Inn while in Waterville for a two day training. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and overall quality of the Inn. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. The staff took great care in cleaning the rooms daily. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. And, the morning breakfast offerings were excellent (yogurt, cereals,... more

This Hampton Inn location is a great hotel! We stayed here in November 2005 and loved it so we returned again in September 2006. The hotel is nice clean, modern (5 years old according to the front desk clerk). They have the new Hilton comfortable beds. We checked in late at night, near midnight and we were greeted by a... more
