I recently stayed at this lovely inn on the recommendation of a friend. I was thrilled to find it just as wonderful as she had described. My bed was so comfortable I actually over slept! I am a bit of a cleanliness nut so I was delighted to find it so clean. All of our meals were wonderful and the... More

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waterford Inn during a snowstorm. The view out of my window was breathtaking and the Inn was so cozy with several sitting rooms and wonderful artifacts from around the world to look at and explore. The wallpaper in the themed rooms was really nice; the entire place is beautifully decorated and... More

Email sent to Barbara at the Waterford Inne: "I have to tell you again what an incredible meal you presented to us last evening. The perfectly cooked pork roast with a name I cannot remember, the artfully served zucchini, and the out of this world corn with butter and cream cheese and the sweet potato with the sweet nut crumble.... If you are looking for some quiet relaxation after a day of skiing, you will find it here. Lovely home/inn decorated through Barbara's extensive travel. Clean means everything, and the Waterford is spotless. We had an overnight snowstorm. Not only was the driveway plowed long before we were up, but a path was also shoveled around our car for easy... Our stay started off with a hike around the grounds. Very scenic and enjoyable. Scared up a couple deer and a rather large flock of turkey. The dinner Barb prepared, pork loin with honey roasted plums, potatoes and veggies was very tasty. Went well with our wine. Remember, BYOB since the inn doesn't have a liquor license. Being the only... More

Based on reviews here on TA I decided to give the Waterford Inne a try and I was not let down. Barbara, the innkeeper, is very welcoming and attentive. There is a Keurig machine available 24/7, as well as bottled water. Also, for those who fear the Inne may be too remote, there is a Wal-Mart 10 minutes away! Barbara... More

This was a charming, peaceful, in the woods Inn. Its atmosphere was cozy and quaint. Inn Keeper (Barbara) was very pleasant and accommodating. The food was outstanding! Our room was very comfortable and conducive to a very restful night. Would go back again.

My husband and I enjoyed two nights at the Waterford Inne. We were traveling with a good friend so we booked the English and Irish rooms with the shared bath in the hall. The rooms were just right for our visit, clean and comfortable with plenty of space, lots of windows where we could watch the wild turkeys coming out... More

The inn is filled with paintings, photos and artifacts which make it a most comfortable and interesting place to rest. The grounds too are an inviting and quiet place to relax after a day of touring. My wife and I stayed two nights in this remote cozy and friendly Inn. We found the owner and staff very friendly and the place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and included fruit, a homemade bread, coffee, juices and eggs or pancakes and bacon. The breakfast was delicious and we were told by other guests the dinners we... More
