Very, very nice. Appears to be nearly brand-new. Extremely well maintained. Very quiet although located on a busy highway. The breakfast pizza in the morning was great! If you are hungry, try the Rockland Cafe downtown in Rockland. Excellent seafood chowder! Best food of the entire trip! more

I stayed in the very same room where I spent several days last fall. It was still clean and new and nice, then; and the rate was a lot less at that time, also. I had made advance reservations this time, but couldn't leave when planned; so I cancelled briefly, and called back in just a couple of days to... more

I stay at quite a few hotels in the Hilton group and have had nothing but compliments before. This was my fifth stay this year in a Hilton hotel. I booked a room at this one with two queen beds for an AARP rate of $202 a night, including tax, for my husband and me. I thought it was a... more

We stayed here over the Fourth of July Weekend and were able to see fireworks from the hotel. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast was good. If you want a selection of restaurants, drive 15 minutes to Rockland where you can walk along the boardwalk and get a nice view of the harbor. We stayed here on Hilton... more

This was my first Hampton experience. Amazing, huge room, clean, lots of extras and the bathroom was amazingly huge. We went on our anniversary getaway and I will be back! It's not a B & B but it was just lovly and the bed was fantastic too. We paid 135.00 for a king and we couldn't of been more pleased.... more

What a great place. Third visit to this area of Maine (from Pennsylvania), but first time at a hotel since we normally camp in Camden. We stayed 7 nights. The hotel is pretty new and fresh looking. The Thomaston area has become fairly built up in the last 2-3 years, and this hotel and the Applebees next to it is... more

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Rockland, Maine and was very pleased overall with the stay. This property is fairly new, having been open only about a year. I think what really sets this hotel apart from others is the little design elements that make a normal hotel way above average. For example, for a business traveller, I... more

Stayed here for one night rather than one of the motor inns in Rockland. While the only view is that of Rt. 1, it's like every other Hampton Inn - comfortable room, nicely appointed, free breakfast and WiFi, and $100/night to boot. The ONLY disappointment - this particular property doesn't do hot cookies in the lobby. more

I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Rockland on the way up to Bar Harbor for one night. The hotel is ideally situated along the coast, just south of Rockland and Camden, and just north of the Port Clyde area. This is definitely one of the nicer Hamptons I have stayed in. The room was well-appointed, and the bathroom... more
