No welcome at the front desk. Instead, the clerk shouted in my ear to the worker behind me. Room air conditioner was set absurdly and uncomfortably low. It took about 30 minutes to get from the Arctic. On check out, I received neither a thank you nor even an acknowledgment, just a piece of paper. Apparently, this is the normal... More

I must say the hotel was set in a great location. We came down to shop, it was perfect for this. I like how it's set away from everything but close to so much stuff . The front desk staff was very nice. The room did smell a little like men cologne, but i believe this to be just what... More

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and recently updated. The only drawback to this hotel is the location.

My husband and I have stayed here many times, being that we have family in the area that we visit. The first visit was great! It has gone down hill the last few stays. The rooms are clean, beds were comfortable, all electronics were functioning appropriately BUT for the last two visits our bathrooms were NOT clean. There were pink,... More

We stayed here for 1 night on a Sat in June 2010. It is fairly unremarkable Marriott. Our room was clean and of a good size. Free wi-fi is a plus. We booked the room w/a lobster dinner for 2 package, which was served in the hotel restaurant. We didn't have high expectations from a hotel restaurant, but the food... More

Convenient location. Attended a business meeting here and the catering was fabulous. Great bar too. Best raspberry mojito I have ever had.

Stayed with my wife and small child last summer even though the review is a bit delayed. As stated in previous reviews the hotel is a solid Marriott performer as a frequent Marriott customer. The hotel is extremely close to the easy to use airport, highways to get to all Portland points, and plenty of dining options. Hotel has a... More

We stayed for one night as a rest point after flying to Maine from California. This is a typical "you can't go wrong" Marriott. Completely non-smoking, clean spacious rooms, better than usual breakfast and buffet with a as-you-like-it egg and omlet station. For being so close to the A/P it was very quiet (very well sound proofed). They have a... More

I stay here once or twice a month for business. One of the better 'standard business class' hotels I've run into. Always clean, smooth service, good amenities that are maintained well. Better than average fitness rooms. Service at the restaurant isn't always the best, seems a pretty face might be more important to the hiring manager there than competence. Lots... More

My wife and I were part of a 3 day conference at this hotel. Most of the staff were adequate. However, when I broke away from the conference schedule to see the availability of rooms earlier than our official check in time, the individual at the front desk was not receptive to my request. We had been encouraged to make... More
