My girlfriend and I called this motel three times while trying to find a place to stay in Portland - the first time we asked the price and were told $69 plus taxes. We called again to ask them to hold it for us and double-check the price - again, $69. We called a third time about 20 minutes later... More

When we stayed there they were updating several of their rooms and it was a little noisy at times. The room was spotless and comfy. Manager couldn't have been nicer. Would definitely stay there again. It is now smoke free by the way.

This hotel is not what it seems to be. Had the worst experience I could have possibly encountered. Rented a room for my husband and I, everything seemed to be ok until I went to charge my phone, moved the bed to see if there was a closer outlet available and found a syringe and what it seemed to be... My husband and I are traveling the east coast and headed up to Maine from Florida. We are on a budget so that we can travel a full month. We normally would only stay in hotels, not motels but we have to stretch our dollars. So we are slightly picky even on a budget. If I had read the reviews... More

This is the place you see in horror movies. Dirty, smoky rooms, sketchy area, cheap for a reason. There are so many better choices in this area for just a few dollars more per month, be smart with your money and safety.

This motel houses transients and families one step away from homelessness. Perhaps they receive a subsidy from a local agency for this, but these tenants make the motel very unfriendly to families. Management also rents non-smoking rooms to smokers. While fairly clean, maid service had to be requested during our 3 night stay. I made the error of paying in... More
