we're passing through, and ended up staying at the Paris inn, this used to be the old Goodwin 1 motel, what a change,it was all brand-new rooms all new furniture and beds, friendly people too. The location was great, it was close to everything. Of course it wasn't the Hilton, but for local motel and for the price we were happy

It was late, we were extremely tired and needed a place to stay. $55 for the night plus tax. We checked in; in the cigarette smoke filled lobby with the aggressively friendly dog greeting me, then made our way to the room. Room wasn't too clean and needed a lot of updating but hey, we got what we paid for.... More

I have stayed here at this hotel and it's ok. It serves the purpose. I'll be here for 2 weeks. It's right in south paris and is really close to everything. The motel is small but helpfull staff if you stay here you'll see. In my room there is a about 1/4 inch gap underneather it. That's ok. It's not winter.... More

This place is disgusting! The hard mattress was like sleeping in a canoe, and the sheets were right on top of a dirty mattress! No mattress pad/cover! It was gritty and disgusting! The bathroom windows we're covered by an old worn dirty hand towel sewn onto the curtain rod! Never in all my travels have I seen anything so dirty... More

If you want some advice, go elsewhere. We stopped at around 9:30pm and we were exhausted. I asked for non smoking room because my husband and son both have asthma and allergies. Night clerk ,who by the way was not very polite and didn't want to bother with anyone assured me it was a non smoking room. I thought it was... More

I have stayed at this motel 3 summers running - it is clean, warm, no peeling paint/and or loose or missing tiles in the pretty pink/green bathroom. True, there is no deadbolt on the door, but I am guessing if you asked 100 residents of the town, 95 would say they don't even LOCK their home doors. The last time... More

The bedsheets had stains and they smelled, the freezer had no door so the refrigerated stuff was freezing, very few outlets. My name is Erica and i stayed here for a week and they have bed bugs so i would highly recommend... More

My wife and I stayed here 11/7/10. Cold and rainy night. The desk clerk was barely polite. I didn't inspect the room very well until after we moved our luggage in. The carpets and the chair upholstery were stained and not clean looking. The shower stall had been painted with regular housepaint, and the paint was blistering and peeling off... More

There are two hotels in the area, Goodwins and The In Town Inn. I chose Goodwins, but would not stay there again, but would try the other place; it can't be any worse. This was confirmed when a local I was talking to (who did not know me and did not know were I was staying) said "You're not staying... More
