We picked this hotel because it was recommended by members of our family who were attending a wedding nearby. Everything bad you have read is true! We stayed here for 2 nights for a friend's wedding in area. As a single mom traveling with 2 small children, I am sometimes a little nervous staying in unfamiliar places, but I felt safe at the Pride motel. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Good price too! I would stay there again if we are in the area.

Stayed during super peak season in Old Orchard Beach area, July 27-30, 2012 in a 1 queen bed room (#12). Motel owners are very friendly. Dave offered us a free cot bed for the 3rd member of our family. They was fully booked, no other room available. Compares to other motels. This one is above average.

This is our first trip to old orchard beach. We came with two other families. The kids ages ranged from four months to thirteen. The rooms were basic, what you would expect in a motel. Rooms were clean, overly deodorized though. It was very quiet. The kids loved the pool. We will probably stay here again next year.
