Had a nice stay at ESA, Scarborough. We booked two rooms, and I requested one to be a double, and the request was fulfilled without any problem. Very nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Our only complaint was that cigarette smoke from the floor above filtered into our room from the bathroom ventilation system (a problem the hotel staff apologied for). Hotel management needs to address this problem. more
