Cabin was very clean, as well as the facilities. The beds were comfortable enough. The temperature drops at night, so come prepared. It may be worth it to have them provide you with the linens for a small fee. Other campers were quiet, pleasant, and respectful of others. We saw lots of families. Diddo about the breakfast: blueberry, chocolate chip,... More

We arrived when it was nearly dark, so we didn't go to the beach or get to enjoy the daily activities, but had a great nights rest. The next morning we loved the blueberry and S'more pancakes. Everything was clean and orderly, although I believe someone was having problems in the office trying to checkout. We tented, but I was... More

This is our seventh year coming to Saco KOA and we are always amazed by the friendly service and the beauty and cleansiness of this campground. Ruth and Curt are the new managers and we are still very impressed by the quality of the service and the friendliness. This place is like a second home. We always feel so welcome.... More

I am giving this KOA a Poor review because they don't accept pets in the more comfortable lodge cabins. Other KOA's allow pets in the more comfortable cabins, but this one does not. The basic cabins which allows pets at this KOA, have a plastic covered mattress which is very difficult to sleep on.

This is a well maintained, heavily wooded park just off I-195. Full hook ups, free, consistent & fast WiFi. The sites are large, level and gravel paved, and you are guided to your site by a work camper. Waffle breakfast is served every morning al fresco. The only drawback I see is the tightness of the trees adjacent to the... More

Shady, spacious, reasonable, extraordinarily clean, and the nicest folks. People there were so friendly and helpful I would have thought I was down south. It was amazing watching the staff pull in immediately after a camper left and clean up any spec of trash that might have been left. Basketball court was swept, play ground sand raked smooth, and everything... More

This is our fifth visit back. We've stayed at many KOAs and this is one of our favorites. It has the basics - clean, comfortable, friendly and thankfully no TV in the kabins. It's a short distance to the beach. It's easy to understand why they won both the KOA Founder's and President's awards. I hope others will do what... More

We showed up to camp here sight unseen and had never actually stayed at a KOA before. The staff were very helpful, cheery and all around great right from the first phone call until the day we left. We tented on a tent site in the back and were very happy back there in the old growth forest. The owners... More

We have stayed at this KOA seven or eight times and each time it exceeded our expectations. We have tented, stayed in both the one and two room cabins. On our last visit we booked a one room cabin, but were upgraded to a deluxe studio cabin at no additional charge as our cabin was not ready! We have stayed... More

Stayed 4 nights in rental trailer, our 2nd stay here with family. Trailer clean and tidy and when sink tap/faucet broke they had it replaced less than 2 hrs. Right beside funtown and only a trolley ride to OOB and the beach. We had a great time.
