Innkeepers, Frank & PJ, are so welcoming, it is as if they are long-lost friends! The LimeRock Inn is so inviting from the outside, and so comfortable on the inside. We could not decide on which room to stay in because each offered is so beautiful ... we split our trip in to one night in the Island Cottage and... More

We came to the area for a friend's wedding and added an extra day. We have stayed at the LimeRock Inn several times already, and it is our destination of choice. We love the local restaurants and the Farnsworth Museum, and it is nice to walk around. Frank and PJ are consummate innkeepers! They are always welcoming and gracious. It... More

Frank & PJ gave us such a wonderful stay! We stayed for 2 nights in August. It was my boyfriend's first time staying in a b&b and he was a bit weary. Well it was a GREAT introduction for him, and he is no longer nervous about staying. They made us feel like we were staying in their house and we... More

We stayed for one night in October and really enjoyed our stay. PJ and Frank were very kind and hospitable. Breakfast was delicious! The sheets on the bed were so comfy. The inn is a short walk from downtown and we enjoyed a great dinner at Cafe Miranda at their recommendation.

This was our first stay at a B&B and we will definitely be back. Frank and PJ were so welcoming, the breakfasts were amazing, and everything downtown is within walking distance. We actually kind of felt like we were staying at the home of family :) They gave us great recommendations for places to go, which we really appreciated since... More

5 stars for location, home, room, cleanliness, breakfast, and proprietors. -2 stars for bed comfort. We stayed in the Sequin room, one of the smaller rooms, and old servants room. The room was fine, but the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in, it was like a plank. Everything else about the stay was good, but... More

As we strive to provide every guest with an exceptionally great experience, we are always troubled to learn that we have failed. All of our mattresses are firm, but the national company that makes them labels them as the “perfect” sleep. Each of our guest room mattresses is also topped with a pillow-top cover. Through guest feedback, we have found... More

Easy walk to the museum and downtown eateries, we enjoyed several days in the good hands of the hosts. Breakfasts were great, and the expansive rooms downstairs and the porch allowed for nice reading times, exactly what we wanted and making it easy to recommend for others.

Wish we could have stayed longer! PJ greeted us with warmth and gave us a tour of this beautiful, well maintained Victorian home. Comforts of home were easily available; each room is beautifully decorated with period furniture and lovely art. Our gormet breakfast was a delicious way to begin the day. LimeRock Inn is conveniently located in town, but on... More
