P.J. and Frank are great at their jobs. They have put a lot of love into their inn. The decor harks back to my favorite art period of the 1800's. They've also brought their own artistry to make some personal statements on the beauty of the surrounding area. P.J.'s professional grade photographs add a nice touch. The space at the... more

P.J. and Frank are such terrific Innkeepers. Immediately, I felt comfortable and welcome. That was especially important to me since I was traveling solo. In two days, I felt as if the Victorian LimeRock Inn had become my Rockland Home. The living room and parlor were filled with 19th century furniture and even a collection of birds. My imagination stirred... more

Everything about the LimeRock is perfect. Clean as a whistle, great breakfast, everything you need to make your trip to Rockland unforgetable. Frank and PJ are such a pleasure. The LimeRock is comfortable and unpretentious. You can really make yourself at home. My husband and I stayed in the Grand Manan and loved it. The jacuzzi was clean and the... more

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Limerock Inn over Halloween weekend and we had a great time. The house is beautiful, lots of room and a great porch. We stayed in the North Haven Room which was very comfortable and a little separate from the other rooms on the2nd floor, so it was very quiet. If I have one... more

Thanks to my fiance, this was my first stay at a bed and breakfast, and he couldn't have done a better job. We stayed in the Turret room and it was absolutely beautiful. It was perfectly located with a short walk to the main street shops and dining. Frank and PJ were super friendly and such gracious hosts. The 3-course... more

Not only are there quaint little shops right around the corner in downtown Rockland, but PJ and Frank are more than willing to help with ideas, suggestions, and directions. It's been said before, but the inn is very relaxed and you are free to roam around in the parlor and there is internet access as well. They are both fun,... more

There are many nice places to stay when travelling but as many of you know who use this site, what makes a place truly special aside from the cleanliness, food and comfortable beds, are the hosts. Frank and PJ are the perfect hosts, and go out of their way to make sure your stay is a really comfortable one. We... more

The Limerock Inn is everything you could ever imagine the perfect B&B to be. Although it is elegant in furnishings, it is also just downright cozy and has a wonderful homey feeling. I don't have the words to describe Frank & PJ - they are wonderful - delightful and I could listen to them talk forever. If I didn't know... more

My husband and I gone away on a weekend alone, without our kids twice (count 'em, two times), in the past 15 years. The first time was five years ago, and the second time was earlier this month to celebrate our 20th anniversary. So it mattered that we make a good choice and did we ever! Frank and PJ are... more
