In the process of looking for a home in the Rangeley lake region. I needed to have internet service so I could look at property's that were sent from my realtor. No service what so ever. We had a 4 & 6 I-phones, kindle, I pad, and a HP computer. Lost the whole night trying to connect. We could have... More

Stayed here early summer high on a hill just a 1/4 mile from downtown. A wonderful family run buisness, the elder daughter was in control when we stayed. She was very accomodating and gave us a great room on the 2nd floor over looking the Rangeley range. Beautiful flowers adour the front while wild lupines grow across the street. Rangeley... More

Saw this motel from the road, it looked pretty nice from the road, but the rooms were small and outdated, it was definitely an old motel and overpriced. The only redeeming factor was the little restaurant next to the motel, the 45th Parallel. I would not recommend this motel, plus there was no one at the front desk after 7pm.

Stayed 2 nights while in Rangeley for a family wedding. The rooms were clean, beds comfy ! Loved how there was a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. Helpful staff ! Definitely would stay here again !

I visited this hotel because I was the high bidder at a silent auction. I am familiar with the area, it's beautiful, and thought I would enjoy a two night stay. Upon arrival there was no one at the reception desk but there was a way to call someone to the desk. After using the buzzer someone did arrive. The... More

Wanted to see some of this area and picked this Inn because it was also dog friendly. Not sure rooms were really worth the price but it is in a good location. Wife's only complaint was no blow dryer, although they provided an ironing board. Beds were comfortable. Didn't get to try the on sight BBQ restaurant as I had... More

Clean comfortable rooms, mini-fridge, microwave, single serve Keurig in room. No bathtub in our room but the walk-in shower had a seat at either end so if that's a need, they are there to accommodate one's needs. Nice indoor pool & hot tub. On site restaurant, only open for dinner though. Front desk staff very friendly & check-in/out was easy-breezy.

Queen size beds in rooms that are small but well appointed with half size fridges, microwaves and Keurig coffee makers. And what a view! One night we stood on the top deck and watched the sun set from the balcony. Glorious. One morning we sat in the plastic chairs outside our room and just watched the mountains reflect on the... We live in southern maine and wanted a quick getaway so we drove up to Rangeley Maine. We drove thru this quaint town and stopped at the Saddleback Inn. We were pleasantly surprised at the price and the cleanliness and newness of this place. Above all else the staff was super friendly and showed us where to get firewood for... More

I had a trip scheduled for work which involved a construction project near Rangeley, ME. I stayed up there for about 4 weeks total, and I might have lost my sanity if not for the evenings at the Saddleback. Great atmosphere, exceptionally courteous staff, and clean comfortable suites made for a pleasant stay, but the friendships formed there have made... More
