We love this place! The owner Travis has been so accomadating! We have been visiting the Rangeley Inn regularly for the past year as we've searched for the perfect weekend get away. We decided to build a home and have been visiting every other weekend. The Inn has a separate waterfront pet friendly building that has been home for us.... More

My husband and I splurged for a 2 night stay. Our room was located in the building on Haley pond. We just loved our stay and wished we could have stayed for a week. This was our first visit so we had nothing to compare it to but met the owner(delightful young man) who is very hands on and is... More

A lovely old inn that has been restored and modernized. Great location between Maine Street and Haley Pond, with beautiful water views from many rooms. Enjoyed watching the ducks and loons on the pond. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The antique sleigh in the lobby, along with the historic photos along the halls, added to the ambiance. Great value... More

Forget the traffic on "the Kanc" and other well-worn foliage drives in New England! Rangley Lakes region has beautiful vistas, lakes, fall foliage.. And a new owner at the grand dame Rangeley Inn. The place is about halfway through its revival, with refurbished rooms and a great new chef..... Currently at prices 20-25% less than other similar facilities! It's a... More

Great food staff and room. I stayed here three nights on a fishing trip last week and so enjoyed it that I am bringing my girlfriend back for a night this week. If you are coming to Rangeley stay here it is a fantastic value and hotel experience. These people are innkeepers.

Four years ago, I stayed 2 nights for a much-needed zero day while thru-hiking the AT. So I took my wife back recently to share some of my experience. The hotel has new owners, with some renovated rooms, which were very nice. Not that the older rooms were not nice, but the new ones are even nicer. Beautiful fall colors... More

Just spent a wonderful weekend with my wife at the Rangeley Inn and Tavern! If you love a place with historic character, then ya gotta make this Inn your place like we did! Right from the moment you first step into the lobby you truly have to take a minute or two just to absorb your surroundings! INN-credible! Stunning!! We... More

I never write reviews but had too on the Rangeley Inn as it was fantastic. This was a get-away anniversary weekend. Never been to Rangeley and booked the Inn based on other reviews. I wasn"t sorry. Take a rare and once grand historic country inn, add a young entrepreneur with plenty of ideas and just as much energy. What do you get? New life for a venerable Maine landmark property! Travis has accomplished a near miracle in purchasing the inn last year and having it up and running smoothly during this summer season. Taking a careful... More

During our trip in New England we stayed one night at the Rangeley Inn; it was an unforgettable stay. From the moment we saw the hotel from afar, we were taken by its beauty. We had a King room at the inn, it was a corner room with lots of light, a table and chairs, wonderful bathroom and just a... More
