Our cottage was very spacious and sitting on the deck listening to the loons was magical. We were given a fantastic rate as it was off season($150). Wood burning stove in the living room, large windows for watching the lake and fully stocked kitchen were all nice. when we checked in the dishwasher was full of the previous tenants dishes, the... My wife and I recently stayed in a cabin #18 at Town & Lake and we found it to be a great experience. It was literally 20 feet to the lake with great views!! We even got to watch float planes fly out and land which was pretty neat. At night we fired up the open face wood stove to... More

Clean, quiet and comfortable 2 bedroom cottage was perfect for our family of 6 and dog. The kitchen has everything you need- and the living room area has a flat screen TV and a cozy fireplace. Front porch overlooking seaplanes taking off, and the sound of loons- great view of Saddleback Mountain.

Stayed for one night and I wish I could have stay two more nights. The room was small yet cozy and comfortable. It had everything I needed: fridge, coffee maker, well stock of bathroom linens and more important the room was clean. The TV didn't have a signal and the wireless was spotty but I didn't care. When I opened... More

I love staying here! We were here the past four nights in a cottage on the lake with another couple. It was our second time. Place is a little rough, but nothing horrible! Our unit had all the amenities of a kitchen at home. It was cozy and comfy. We were able to bring our dog. Lake view is lovely... More

July 3rd and 4th 2014 The rooms were poorly maintained. Windows painted shut. Screens ripped. No air conditioning just a fan provided by the motel. The place looked like it hadn't been renovated in at least 10 years. Torn rug. Worn linoleum in bathroom. NO A/C. Ripped screens on the doors The rooms do face the lake. We would have... More

We just stayed in a cabin w/ another couple for one night and brought 12 biker friends w/ us who stayed in motel rooms. We loved the cabin location and enjoyed the fire pit at night. We used the charcoal grill, too.The cabin was large. Fully stocked kitchen but no coffee. The beds were too atrocious for words. Each cabin... More

Stayed in a cabin, moored the boat right in front on the dock. Walking access to downtown in five minutes. No better place to stay in Rangely if you want to stay on the water. Small grocery store just a little across the street.

We stayed in the cabin I was pleased with the stay. I was not expecting a lot when I got there they had a well stocked kitchen area with pans, glasses and other utensils which was very convenient. No fly swatter though. The outdoor fire pits were spaced so that one pit covered two or three cabins. Did not like... More

Needs major renovation, no sound proofing. The windows cannot be opened. No ac. Teeny tiny bathroom. Room is very small, just enough room for bed, dresser, and chair. The towels are thin rough, and very old. You can smell cigarette smoke from the room next door.
