I stayed in one of the lower floor rooms, that was a walk out to the yard. Nice big bed, and very quiet. As always, the food in the bar was excellent. The living room was a nice place to relax and talk with friends.

Spent night at loon lodge with my fiancé this weekend. The place is gorgeous, friendly, and romantic. Atmosphere is old school lodge. Dinner was perfect (service and food). Bar was friendly and expertly tended. Can't wait for our next visit. Hoping to see it with snow on the ground!

We only had the pleasure of staying at the Loon Lodge one evening. Every single staff member we interacted with was not only professional, but fun, kind, easygoing, and helpful. We had a very romantic and delicious dinner in the restaurant where the food really was phenomenal. The room was clean and there was certainly attention to the small details.... More

We stayed there a couple of years ago in one of the second floor bedrooms and it was OK. The outside tiny bathroom was a little bit disappointing. This year we booked one of the Lower room opening on the lawn and a great view of the lake. The room was almost perfect a very good king size bed a... More

We go here every year for a large family dinner. The view and atmosphere are so nice. The food is delicious. The service is very good and accomodating for a big group of all ages. We will be back the next time we are in Rangeley!

The lodge and room were beautiful. Unfortunately our lake view was blocked by the wedding tent they had erected. We were told the restaurant was closed for the rehersal dinner but we could get the full menu in the pub after 5 which was ok. When we arrived at the pub around 6:30 we were told we could not be... Beautiful old-fashioned lodge, I loved the handmade quilt in the bedroom and all the wood and stone. Beautiful dock for watching the sun set over the lake. Cozy and welcoming. We had only one night there but fully enjoyed the stay. Recommended!

Our stay at the lodge was very significant,as my husband and I were married there almost six years ago, and we have not been back since that time. The staff was welcoming, and it was important to us that they wanted to make our stay pleasant. It certainly was just that! Our room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. It... More

Absolutely beautiful lodge. Our room had a lake view. It reminds us of the great hotels in the national parks. We really enjoyed our stay there. The restaurant was fabulous. The staff was wonderful. Go there!

We loved our room, the main room, the lawn, the dining room - all just beautiful. We will definitely want to come back again and again! What a place to relax and regenerate. Water in the lake is so clean and warm enough to enjoy!
