We satyed at the Embassy suites Portland for two nights. The suites were very comfortable and clean The staff were extremely helpful. The complimentary breakfast was itds usual high standard with plenty of choice. The location was very close to the jet port which I did not realise when I booked. This meant it was a bit far from the... more

After getting delayed, we arrived at the hotel very late only to be greeted by a very nice staff member, Carl. Being very late it was nice to have a hotel this close to the airport. I saw that some people had trouble finding it. We just followed the signs at the end of the road and made it on... more

Nice location, close to downtown Portland and the surrounding beach towns. Our room faced an airport runway, but we rarely heard the planes taking off. Service was very good, clean rooms and free buffet breakfast. We were very comfortable during our 3 night stay. more

This is a very nice airport hotel, although it is a bit tricky to find it. You can see it from the rental car garage, but it is not very well marked when leaving the airport. Bottom line, if you leave the airport grounds, you've missed it. Very comfortable room, good shower, comfortable bed, very good air conditioning, fridge and... more

Note, this hotel is located in the actual aiport. We spent 30 minutes driving around the airport looking for it, but couldn't find it. Carl at the front desk was especially helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, and did the trick for a quick one night stay. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was very good! We called the... more

I stayed at Embassy Suites with my wife and two young children on Christmas night (December 25) because my wife was flying early in the morning and we needed a convenient hotel. This is one of the best values in Portland, especially for families! Service was exceptionally friendly and made us feel at home, even though it was Christmas! The... more

I had stayed here before and was satisfied so booked there again for a long weekend over Easter. The place has undergone a total renovation. All new furniture in lobby where evening cocktail reception is held. Suites were also done over in the last year and living room and bedroom have flat screen tv's. We selected a suite facing the... more

Stayed there during the renovations. was in town for a conference, and had a great stay. Free breakfast and nightly happy hour were moved to a conference room, but they did their best to make it a good experience. Room was great for the money. Throw a kitchen in it, and it was bigger than some 1BR condos! more

we booked a room in this suite hotel for a vacation. no none mentioned that the hotel was doing renovations! so, we arrived to find a lobby that was like a shell, apparently totally gutted save for a small reception desk. the man there insisted that the fitness room and pool were fine and the rooms undisturbed. our room was... more

I stayed at Embassy Suites in Portland ME a couple years ago and was impressed. The separate living room and bedroom are spacious (twice the average sized hotel) and clean. The microwave and refrigerator are also handy. I recently returned with my wife for a Valentines Day excursion to Portland, a favorite city of ours. The rooms have been renovated-... more
