I liked this B&B, despite the other somewhat negative reviews I saw on Trip Advisor. It is very conveniently located, within walking distance of downtown Portland. Great location. Our room was a bit small with the bathroom just down the hall. Make sure you book a room with the bathrom in the room. Breakfast was OK., have had better at other b&b's. This inn is very charming and comfortable. We stayed there with another couple, and both of us felt that the owner was very cordial and helpful, the rooms were charming, and the location was very convenient to interesting restaurants, museums, and shops on upper Congress St. It was also near to Deering Oaks Park, a nice place for a walk.... more
