This place is absolutely adorable. It is located fairly close to the main stretch of the harbor, but just far enough that it is not in the middle of the night life scene (in a good way!). The room we stayed in was beautiful... It was on the top floor with skylights we could open and smell the sea air.... More

I enjoyed the Inn, room was comfortable and equipped. The Inn keepers were indeed very kind - I lost my bag on the bus to Portland and they made several phone calls and really cared till it was found.

We only stayed here a night but our host Deborah made us feel at home immediately. Our room was quite large and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and imaginative. Tea and coffee are available at all times and there are snacks too, which is a nice touch. Locationwise, the B&B is a short walk away from the... More

We stayed at the inn for two nights this month, and found it most comfortable; the queen bed in our room firm, the décor lovely, Deb(who runs the inn when her partner is away) incredibly helpful, and the breakfasts so beautifully prepared and presented I wish we had taken pictures. The food was delicious, fresh, and imaginative. The only drawback... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night this past weekend. Deb was a fantastic host, and very flexible with all aspects of our stay. The room was very comfortable and it was very quiet even though the inn is on the corner of Spring St.

We left this place thinking it would defintely be a repeat for us. The reception late at night was nevertheless very warm and informative. I think our host's name was Deborah. She made us feel instantly at home and comfortable, informing us of some nice places to eat at that late in the day and offering us some lemon squares... More

The inn has been updated by the new owner (may still be working on some rooms) and is very nice. A quick walk to the Old Port and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The woman who manages the property is very nice and helpful and the young lady who served breakfast was a sweetheart!!

The Inn is under new ownership since last summer and has been updated and modernized. Deb who runs the Inn couldn't have been more gracious and helpful. Sarah, who helped served the delicious breakfasts, was super nice as well. The Inn is at a great location, a 5 minute walk Down to the port area or a 2 minute walk... More

This was our first visit to Portland and the Inn at Park Spring was the ideal spot for us to stay! It was such a charming B&B, with snacks, games, and DVDs for guests to enjoy. Guests can also park in a lot just down the street (which we needed for our rental). It's also in the hip art district... More

This was our fourth (?) stay at the Inn at Park Spring. Although the Inn has new management since our last stay, it has retained the personal service, warmth, and comfort we found in the past. It's a great location, our room was terrific-- spacious, nice bathroom-- and Debbie was helpful and kind. My only (small) criticism is that although... More
