We stayed in a suite at the Inn this past weekend and it was like staying in your own personal apartment with all the comforts of home. The sitting room was so enjoyable and because it was so nice this weekend I went outside and relaxed reading a book in a cozy little sitting area. The cherry on top was... More

We are fans of Inn on Carlton. We are now fans of Inn at Park Spring,as well. Buddy has a flair. We found the the recent up grades, color changes to be very nice and comforting. And more to come. The inn is small and very well located to walk in Portland: museums, restaurants, shows , the old port and so... More

My girlfriend and I booked a room at the Inn at Park Spring a few days in advance for a weekend getaway. We didn't know what to expect because neither of us had stayed in a bed and breakfast before, but we were very pleasantly surprised by how fantastic this place was! We had a lovely experience, and the Inn... More

We took advantage of Park Spring's mid-week rate and we were not disappointed. Booked the night after Christmas for a quick holiday week getaway to this surprisingly vibrant Maine city. The Inn is just a short walk away from the Portland Museum of Art, Congress St. and downtown. We were welcomed by Deb, who showed us around the beautifully appointed... More

We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. We were in room 3 on the 3rd floor and the room was spotless, cozy and decorated tastefully and modern with a black & white theme. Contrary to some other reviews talking about the "narrow staircases", they weren't narrow at all - they were simply normal staircases and it was... More

Hubby and I spent one night here in November. We were in Portland to see a show at the State Theater. Debbie, the innkeeper was wonderful and welcoming. We were the only guests that night because it was a Monday (not a big night for getaways usually I think). Our room was very nice but we were told that it's... More

My girlfriend and I were looking for a getaway for her birthday that didn't involve a whole lot of travel. This place was recommended to us by a friend of ours and I must admit it more than met our expectations. Nothing compares to home like home but if home is 1 than this place is 1A . The overall... We spent two nights at The Inn a Park Spring over Veteran's Day weekend. Debbie, the inn keeper welcomed us after allowing an early check in so we could get to a tour we had booked (a foodie tour! awesome!) with a little tour and info session. The Inn is really nicely decorated, especially as it has ony been under... More

Thank you so much for the kind words on the Inn. We are the new owners of the Inn as of September of this year, with major changes going on. Room 6 is our first project of the new year. Rooms 5 & 6 will become the Park Spring suite. A 2 floor suite, with a large living room with... More

First let me say being a gay couple staying at a BB can be a little apprehensive. I did my research and this BB was gay friendly but you still never know. We stayed just one night on November 8th 2013. We had a little trouble finding the place so Debbie, the inn keeper, was outside enthusiactically waving at us... More

Thank you guys for the very nice note on tripadvisor. It means a lot when we have guests take the time to write a review on our new Inn. We took over the Inn September of this year so a lot of new plans in the works for this beautiful little Inn. Thank you so much for the kind words... More
