thet front desk staff was lazy and slow-check-in time at the desk was 20 mins.!! The rooms are a mess -peeling paint in the bathroom-burned out light bulbs in the room-the room and hallways smelled like mold or wet dog-front desk staff was slow and un trained -very un courtesy-the room was put together very fast and dusty-their housekeeping staff... “Comfortable, quiet hotel near the airport”

I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the hotel was, given that it is almost literally at the airport. I arrived about midnight and called the hotel for the free 24-hour shuttle. “Hilton at Portland ME Airport”

Great if you want to stay at the airport. Heard only one plane fly overhead. Stayed here a few times for business and pleasure. Clean rooms, staff very helpful and accomadating. Nice indoor pool and fitness center, and lobby with fireplace great place to relax and have a drink.

Enjoyable business stay in this hotel Friendly helpful staff. Grabed a quick dinner at arrival 9 pm Food was good and choices good. Room was very clean and large Easy location off and on the highway I would certainly recommend and stay again

“I have early morning flight so location perfect.”

I can look out my window and see the airport so can't get much closer. Room us nice clean bed is good and staff was good. I ate dinner here and it was better than expected. Only downside was not enough channels on TV.

“Portland Maine Jetport Hilton Garden Inn”

I have stayed here numerous times and have always found that it is consistently welcoming, clean and comfortable. I also use the park and stay plan. It is great to have a Hilton Garden Inn on the airport grounds. The staff is always nice and helpful. I also used the business center and was very satisfied with that experience.

Very convenient location, and short driving distance to Old Port area. The area near the hotel has several restaurants and near shopping mall and business needs at staples less then a mile away. Staff and hotel management were excellent!
