We were given a room on the first floor around the corner from the front desk where the staff would stand talking and laughing. They seemed to have no regard for the guests and we were awakened numerous times. The breakfast was just o.k.

Pleasant stay at La Quinta. Large bright room on fourth floor was clean and equipped with a fridge. An $8 taxi trip took us downtown so no problem there. Breakfast was good with buffet replenished frequently. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We've stayed here many times and really choose this place based on price. Cost conscious travelers should understand that this is a decent place to stay, with a few trade-offs. There's usually ample parking. The rooms are relatively spacious, though the bathrooms are somewhat cramped. The beds are firming, with lots of pillows and crisp white linens. The room furniture... A friend and I stayed here for a couple nights, and it was a pretty average stay (which isn't really a bad thing). The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful, breakfast was good. We really didn't have any complaints about the building or the accommodations. If you're looking for a high-class memorable experience, this probably... More

We were arriving very late from the west coast and needed a room close to the airport before continuing our journey the next day. This hotel is in the airport vicinity and served well for what we were looking for. Be aware their shuttle does not run after 10 pm and you will need a taxi. Cost about $12. We... More

We stayed on evening and were close to the minor league ballpark as well as some casual restaurants and pubs. The cleanliness of the hotel was not what we've experienced from other LaQuinta Inns we've visited.

A 3 days family vacation started right when we arrived at this clean hotel. Didn't care for their free breakfast as we went really late and there was not a single table to seat, but that was our mistake. Enjoyed the stay as its was close to downtown and just one block away from the stadium.

Ok... This is no 5 star hotel, but it is so well run, welcoming, with knowledgeable staff, and pet friendly, I think it deserves kudos. It's away from the city center, but if you're taking a shuttle to the islands, it's convenient! They also told us to feel free to bring our bicycles to our room. They have a serve... More

Unhelpful, unfriendly, rude manager and customer service. They will charge your credit card even if you cancel the reservation and blame it as your own fault or the booking agents. Document every contact you have with them and your booking agent. Save snapshots of any web interactions or online interactions. Beware this scam operation. Better to be safe and stay... More

Came to Portland for the AA All Star Game, and La Quinta was very convenient. Free parking at the hotel with the baseball stadium literally a 5-minute walk door-to-door, saved hassle of traffic, searching for parking, etc. before the game, walked downtown and back on a beautiful day. Rooms were clean and had what was needed, though no fridges in... More
