The property is great and well located. The rooms are terribly small. We went in late September, and there were probably only 5 other rooms booked during the 2 nights we were there. The owner greeted us and was very friendly. We booked a ocean front room with a small kitchenette. Everything was fairly clean. For the price we paid $299.60 off season they did not provide shampoo or kleenex. The worst part was outside there were filthy garbage cans near our door on the balcony and also white cans filled with sand... More

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. We were very lucky to get an apartment. It was across the street from the main hotel, but just a five second walk. First off, let me start by saying Mike the owner was very nice to deal with. Now...moving on....The location of the hotel is great, sort of away from the crowed business/tourist area, however with two small children, ages 6&4, its not really within walking distance to the attractions, but thats ok, parking was between 5-10 dollars when we were there....
