We stayed at the Motel part for three nights. We loved to walked only 82 steps (yes we counted) from the room to the sandy beach, and to be only 15 minutes walking distance from the pier attractions. The top floor king room was amazing, with a nice cathedral ceiling. The room was big enough for the two of us,... More

We booked here last minute and stayed 3 nights we just got home last night. After the first night we wanted out! But we had already paid in advance, of course! We counted on the reviews on Trip Advisor, it seemed like a great place. Nothing could be further from the truth! From the moment we parked (on the grass)... More

First, we would like to mention we take every review personally and we do try and do everything possible to make sure our guests are happy. We believe our customers who come back year after year is a testament to that. As mentioned, you booked at the last minute. Because of our different accommodations, when completing a reservation with a... More

My husband and I have stayed at the inn three times over the past four years, most recently this past weekend. We stumbled upon it by accident several years ago and have been in love with the place since. The inn is an unexpected gem within OOB. It is within walking distance of the Pier, etc. but far away enough from... More

My daughter and I recently stayed at the Inn. What a gorgeous place! The owners have done a beautiful job with it and by the way, they are both very pleasant people to speak with. From the inside of the 1st floor with its beauty and spaciousness, to our room facing the ocean with the oval window, we fell in... More

You have the choice between, appartments, cottage, motel and a inn. Nice and fair for everyone service. I was always happy with our visite at the gull,, we stayed in the inn before the birth of our child and at the motel this summer. The motel was great for our familly with the fridge and the stove..

The motel is old, but very clean. I was not prepared for the lack of shampoo, hair dryer and coffee, as I walked in at the last min. I was surprised that there was a coffee maker and no coffee. Also, I think we were supposed to take out our own trash. The side ocean view is very limited wire... More

I stayed at both the motel and the inn in July/August 2013. I will start by saying I recommend the Inn over the motel, but if you want a stove and fridge in the room, and you don't mind a little humidity and not having the same parking spot each day, take the motel. I did not see the inside... More

The Gull is made up of several buildings. The one we and a group of family members have returned to over the past 5 years is the Inn, a beautiful old home with a wrap around veranda and just 12 rooms. It is right on the beach and close to all the restaurants and OOB activities. There was one change... More

We stayed at the Gull Inn for four nights at the beginning of August 2013. Third floor ocean front with King sized bed, my fiancé is 6'3" so he had to watch his head in certain areas, the bathroom only had a claw foot tub which I loved, but he wasn't in love with the idea of showering on his... We stayed at the Inn in room 10 over July 4th weekend. It had a king bed, oceanfront view, wood floors, but not meant for a person over 5'9". The room is on the third floor with lots of angles, so much so that the bathroom has a clawfoot tub with only a hand held shower. But, it was last... More
