second time stayed but his time no air cond in the room - very hot and stuffy. even with baclony door open all night no breeze came through. clean rooms great location good breakfast and the beach is beautiful. parking can be a hassle if you want to stay late or have friends over for the day they charge alot!... The rooms are clean and the grounds are very well kept. The staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they had a place for us to change so we could hot the beach and they called our cell phone as soon as the room was ready.

This hotel is well kept. The view of the sea from our room is excellent. The room prices are very good for being right at the beach. There is a heated pool that is kept very clean. No pets are allowed.

The rooms are non smoking, however guests are allowed to sit outside of any room and puff away. Since there are no windows, you need to have the sliding door open for air. With the ocean breeze, the cigarette smoke comes right into the room
