I was searching for a B&B and happened upon the Dragonfly Guest House by way of TripAdvisor. The goal was to disconnect from cell phones, iPads, e-mails, etc. and spend a quiet weekend getaway with my partner. We're happy to say that the goal was accomplished! We arrived well after the check in time (thanks for staying up Charles!) and... More

My husband and I spent my birthday weekend at The Dragonfly from Jan 2-4, 2015. Owners, Charles and David, are so friendly and accommodating. The expanded continental breakfast is fantastic; Charles makes some delicious food! We stayed in the Sunflower Room and can't say enough good things about it! It was so cozy, especially the way the bed sits into... More

My wife and I have been to Ogunquit a number of times but I hadn't heard of Dragonfly until I planned a surprise three-night New Year's trip. As soon as we arrived, one of the co-owners, David, greeted us and showed us around. He even asked if we needed help with our luggage, which rarely happens at a small inn... More

we received a friendly greeting with fresh-baked cookies and coffee/tea/juice! the place was immaculate - freshly painted and extremely clean! Charles and David gave us directions to local, close-by attractions, shops, and restaurants. it is located close to the ocean and a great hiking trail along the coast. They made the kitchen available to us to heat up food, make... More

My husband and I wanted a little getaway after Thanksgiving and I had previously noticed this sweet little B & B on an earlier trip. We were looking for something quiet (we had after all left our five kids home for a reason!) and inexpensive. It was everything I hoped for! Charles greeted us upon arrival and showed us around... Stayed her for a couple of nights late October before flying home. The Sunflower Room was lovely - bright, immaculate and comfy. Our hosts were great and could have spent all day talking to them. They gave us lots of useful tips for our stay. Breakfast was great especially the blueberry French toast!

We spent a short weekend, two nights, after the crowd's from the tourist season died down. It was a very cold weekend but Ogunquit still showed us her beauty. The Dragonfly was a great place to stay, in the middle of the two gathering places in Ogunquit for shopping and dining with just a short walk to either destination. It... More

David and Charles made us feel comfortable in every way and were so helpful in planning our days with good restaurants, sightseeing and making ourselves at home. The Dragonfly is centrally located within... More

Although we had taken many day trips to Ogunquit, we had never stayed overnight until our stay at Dragonfly. Cooper's room (the dog-friendly room) was perfect for our dog as she is a bit shy, and it was tucked at the end of the house. Charles and David were the perfect hosts making sure we had all we needed while... More

I have visited Maine many times and stayed in various B&Bs. The Dragonfly Guest House will be where I stay from now on! Charles & David were such gracious hosts! Our rooms were very nice, clean, and incredibly comfortable. I was missing my dog at home so Cooper (the house ambassador) was a wonderful stand in! The other guests were... More
