Dick and Linda are always wonderful and welcoming. We have truly come to view them as a second family! The rooms are always nicely done up and the breakfasts are superb! We can't wait to see them again!

16 Beach Street B & B located yards a away from beautiful Ogunquit beach and near the Shore Road "gateway" leading to Perkins Cove. Dick and Linda were welcoming and gracious hosts who clearly enjoyed being innkeepers. Linda is an excellent cook and baker and we enjoy extended conversation with Dick while enjoying tasty breakfasts. We stayed in the Hattie... More

Spent two nights at this lovely inn. The absolute best location in all of Ogunquit! We arranged for a late check in since we were coming in on a Friday night from Connecticut. We were greeted by the inn keepers who were very kind and helpful. Our room was quaint, neat as a pin. We were given a recommendation for... More

This is truly an exceptional bed and breakfast-- not only because of its beautiful guest rooms, delicious breakfasts and perfect location, but also because of the people who own it. What makes this bed and breakfast so special are its innkeepers. Dick and Linda infuse their house with warmth and a welcome that's relaxed and easy going. We originally were... More

"Stay is a charming word in a friend's vocabulary." -Amos Bronson Alcott Our recent stay, in August 2013, at 16 Beach Street in Ogunquit, was indeed that - charming - as were its innkeepers, Linda and Dick. We were made to feel so much at home. Linda and Dick are consummate professionals with a love - and flair - for... More

We just came back from a wonderful stay at 16 Beach Street. The house and the rooms are fantastic. Breakfast is always a pure delight! But most of all, it is the kindness and generosity of the innkeepers, Linda and Dick, that made our stay touching and magical. We feel that we made new friends! We will go back for sure... More

My wife and I spent four nights at this beautiful B&B in August. It was our third year in a row staying there. You will not find nicer, more attentive and helpful innkeepers, a better location, or a better front porch from which to watch the world go by that at 16 Beach Street. Linda and Dick will become your... More

We have stayed a few places in Oguinquit, a few hotels and B&B's and the first thing that I happily noticed is the description of the location and rooms were accurate. It's not a good start of a trip when you arrive and the room looks nothing like the website or near the beach really means miles from the beach.... More

We just returned from a one night stay this past July 27th. We were pleased with every aspect of the inn. Dick runs an impeccable show along with his wife, Linda who was out of town visiting her new grandchild. Our room along with the rest of the house was super clean. Breakfast could not be more pleasant on the... More

I cannot say enough good things about 16 Beach Street B & B, and hope that the negative review by Gammster does not prevent others from experiencing this quaint and exceptionally well-run Inn. From the moment we arrived we were treated like close friends. Dick and Linda are friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. They inquired about special requests (we had none),... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel):
16 Beach Street is a classic three-story New Englander style home built in 1920 by the Perkins family. We are a small intimate Inn with five bedrooms. Because of its close proximity to the Beach, the Inn is decorated like a beach house in bright cheery colors. The location of the Inn is ideal. The trolley stops right outside the door and we are within walking distance to great shops, restaurants, the beach and the Marginal Way.
