Room was large, though had no table to sit at to do computer work or write. Pleasant porch with large hanging plants, but no ocean view. Very clean. Nice continental breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly, most from Eastern Europe.

We enjoyed our two-night stay at the Colonial Inn of Ogunquit. The property had been nicely renovated, has a nice pool ... but even better is in the center of town with an easy walk to the beach and stores/restaurants in town. While we're not sure about returning to Ogunquit (a bit too touristy), we'd definitely stay at the Colonial... More

The Colonial Inn is a nicely appointed, very clean inn with a very accommodating and helpful staff. When we couldn't connect to the wifi, the owner came to our room to sort out the problem. The rooms are fresh, clean and comfortable and the included breakfast is decent. Okay, so now the gripe... I can honestly say this is my... More

We went with friends for the second year in a row and again had a really great stay, so much in fact, we booked next years stay the day we checked out. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were really comfortable. We can't wait to go back.

We've stayed here twice and liked it both times. It's recently been renovated so everything is clean and new, and they do a great job keeping it that way. Very comfortable beds, working AC, enjoyable large pool, well appointed lobby. Floors are thin, so we heard the folks above us walking around quite a bit. Included breakfast is bare-bones, but... We just returned from a short stay at this recently-updated 125-year-old inn. The renovations are first-class and everything is immaculate. Our room featured a very comfortable king-sized bed and good-sized bath with a huge walk-in shower. Room rate includes a satisfying continental breakfast with breads, muffins, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc.The front desk staff is wonderful...very friendly... More

This was our 5th stay in Ogunquit, first time at the Colonial Inn. It was reasonably priced for the Labor Day weekend. We expected an "Inn" feel but were pleasantly surprised that it was recently renovated. There was a Pool (not heated though) and a big hot tub. The AC in the room was perfect. The front desk staff was... More

We loved this place! Upon entering the lobby we immediately felt welcome. The decorations were warm and inviting. That feeling followed through the entire facility. Room was cozy and very clean. Location was perfect and the staff wonderful and helpful. Only draw back....no ocean view!!

Expanded inn complex with pool and hot spa. Charming touches include afternoon baked novelties and continental breakfast. Within short walking distance if restaurants, Ogunquit Beach and the Marginal Way. Great space for families with children. Refridge in room and more than adequate space for family of 5.

We stayed for four nights at The Colonial Inn, and Thomas and Michelle were very pleasant and helpful to us during our stay. They were able to make suggestions about things to do and places to go, and provided us with everything we needed during our stay. A special thanks to Denise for keeping our room immaculate! Of particular enjoyment... More
