We rented 2 rooms in the East Building. Each room had a patio and the rooms were very clean, and the beds comfy. Quiet area. We loved the porch surrounding the main building, which also had a nice sitting area inside. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The Inn is halfway between the center of everything and Perkins Cove. We were... More

We stayed 4 nights at the Colonial Inn after Labour Day weekend, We had a great room on the fourth floor with a reasonable view of the ocean. The room was clean and spacious and recently renovated. The hotel was very old style which we liked with a sweeping verandah and plenty of spots to relax. The complimentary breakfast was... More

Nice old hotel. We stayed two nights in the inn and were very pleased. Staff was friendly and helpful. Inn is close to everything in the town, so parked the car and for two days walked everywhere. Breakfast was adequate, but typical, coffee, cereal, pastries and the like. Restaurants close by have a great breakfast. Look forward to a return... More

Let me start by saying that I consider myself a seasoned traveler, having stayed at Luxury hotels and inns (The Penninsula in NYC and the Hartwell House in Ogunquit) as well as budget friendly hotels and inns (a Holiday Inn Express). I am also a senior reviewer for Trip Advisor and this is my first and hopefully last negative review.... More

I stayed with you last year in Oct. I enjoyed being at Colonial Inn very much, so much so that I came back this year, however this time unfortunately it was a very different experience. First the room we were going to stay was not explained to me when I made the reservation on the phone, I was never told... More

My wife and I just returned from a 3 night stay at the Colonial Inn. We had a superior king room. It was spacious and extremely clean. The Lobby and wrap around front porch are great for hanging out in. They also offer free coffee, lemon water and cookies in the lobby which is a nice touch. Everyone is so... More

Ogunquit is a really lovely place to stay We were there over Labour Day weekend so the traffic was bad and the town quite crowded, but that didn't detract from its charm The Colonial was very stylishly furnished and modern on the. inside whilst retaining its lovely colonial exterior Dole the manager was extremely helpful as were all the staff... My husband and I stayed at the Colonial Inn last week for two nights. This is our 3rd time staying in Ogunquit but the first time at the CI. Check-in was fast and very pleasant. The gentleman that checked us in was super nice and very pleasant every time after that when we saw him. Unfortunately I did not get... More

We had always wanted to try staying at The Colonial Inn and are glad that we finally had the chance to do so. We stayed in Room 407, for 3 nights. The room was a decent size, we had no problem with the size of the bathroom, and we did have an ocean, though distant, view. Everyone on staff who... More
