Clean, spacious rooms. Owners are very wonderful and so helpful! Loved it so much we stayed another two days and are heading back in September. The beach is just steps away and a trolly stop across the road.

I booked relatively last minute during peak season and was able to get a great rate (under $200/night) at Ocean Acres when every place else was running $240 or more. My room, with a king-sized bed, desk, table and two chairs, was huge. The bathroom appeared to be recently remodeled. Everything was spotless. Ocean Acres isn't fancy, but it was... More

Maybe the best motel I've ever stayed at. Great outdoor pool and nice indoor pool. Grounds are well kept, you can BBQ or have a picnic. Rooms were super clean. Can walk to footbridge beach, which is less crowded than the main section of Ogunquit Beach. We even walked down the street to a restaurant in town. So relaxing. Loved... More

No negatives here. Our room was spacious and kept immaculately clean. The grounds are well maintained as well. It's obvious that the family takes pride in this establishment. The trolley stop is just across the street. This is the best way to get around Ogunquit. There are only two things that could stand some improvement, however. I would have liked... More

This motel was a nice find. The rates for the area were very reasonable. Close to beaches and restaurants. Owner was very helpful with local information and restaurant recommendations. The young ladies that clean the rooms were very good and friendly.

This is a 2 star property at most...charging 3 star rates. ($130 per night midweek) That said, they are a good 2 star property. Large rooms, comfortable beds and pillows (not too hard or too soft). Fridge, coffee maker. Smelly, Moldy shower curtain... Clean otherwise. wifi, pool, 3/4 mile walk to a beach. Owner comes off kind of curmudgeonly but... More

Travelling to the Maine coast on Canadian Thanksgiving / American Columbus Day always risks choosing from the overly expensive to the shoddy. The Ocean Acres strike more than a medium balance, offering good clean rooms and reasonable rates. While it was not exactly swimming weather, the available indoor and outdoor pools did provide a glimpse of family oriented facilities. The... More

Stayed here on a last minute trip with some friends. The room was large and very clean. Owner was extremely helpful and informative. This motel has both an indoor and outdoor pool and is an easy walk to the beach! Wonderful to not have to worry about parking! We ate at the restaurant next door and it was fantastic! This... More
