The property is about 10 minutes walking from the center of town. Well, I think that Ogunquit doesn't have a center itself, but the intersection of Main Street and Beach Street is where most of the action is (in addition to the beach). I stayed in room 1 which shares bathroom with room 4. The bathroom was clean all the... More

This B&B is a great place to stay during a visit to Ogunquit. We had an "attic" room on the 3rd floor, facing the front lawn. It is walking distance to town and to the Marginal Way walk to Perkins Cove. It is a B&B with 6 rooms. (two with bathrooms and the others with shared baths. Kirk, the owner,... More

The owner wasn't very pleasant--there's just no other way to say it. The decor was a little too fuddy duddy and make sure you read the website carefully as he seems to dislike kids and some rooms come with a shared bath--I felt like I was at summer camp. The food was standard fare but nothing special. All in all,... More

The location is great. The room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but certainly nothing to rave about. The owner was very personable and communicative. We were the only ones there, so that may have had something to do with it.

From the reviews of others, it sounded like the innkeeper was warm and social. We did not have the feeling at all. the room was fine ,the breakfast just so so . Absolutely nothing to rave about this B & b. If we came through here again we would try another

This the 2nd time my boyfriend and I stayed at The Ogunquit Inn for a long weekend and again did not disappoint. The location is spot on, it is a 5 minute walk to downtown and a 10 minute walk to the beach, how could you beat that! The rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday. The owner is extremely friendly... Just a short walk to all of the town has to offer, but just removed enough to relax and enjoy the quiet and beauty of this beautifully decorated Victorian Inn. The owner is available and really wants your stay to be memorable. We had the smallest room and only stayed one night, but would love to return for a longer... More

This was our second time in Ogunquit for a long weekend. The inn is a lovely house located in a perfect location for access to downtown and the beach. The owner is very nice and accommodating. Our room was located in the back on the second floor with a back entrance and small balcony with 2 tables and chairs, room... More

The house is beautiful and nicely decorated. Also, fresh flowers in the room, chocolates. Very close (200m approx) from lively downtown full of stores and restaurants. But a very negative point was the noise due to traffic (room on the road side). Natural light was also too strong early in the morning. The night was short and a bit disturbed,... More

My husband and I just celebrated our 10 year anniversary and we stayed for 4 nights at the Ogunquit Inn. The room was clean and cozy. The Inn Keeper, Kirk, was kind and welcoming. The breakfast was a perfect way to start each day. The front porch was a nice place to hangout with the rocking chairs. If we needed... More
