We stayed in the Towne Lyne Motel in Ogunquit for one night on our way up to Sebago Lake in Maine, and it had everything that we needed -- a clean, comfortable, quiet room with two double beds (we are a family of 3), a dedicated parking space right outside the room, effective air conditioning, minifridge, Keurig K-Cup coffee maker,... Steve and Ginny went out of their way to make our stay with them comfortable. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. Most importantly, the beds were very comfortable. They take great pride keeping the grounds manicured and the flowers are very colorful. The appearance, inside and out, says they take great pride in their work.

Nice upgrade: bathroom and windows seems to be new. I was in unit 11 perfect for kids in the back with view of the forest and a small river. Much nicer then the pictures Go for it; they even gave a teddy bear to my son. You can take the trolley to the beach

My extended family and I rented three of the rooms and all stayed here two nights in July - and it was absolutely perfect! The rooms are spacious and extremely clean - and best of all, they have screened in porches off the back of the bedroom (with refrigerators/microwaves). We enjoyed sitting on the porches with a glass of wine... More

We spent three nights there and enjoyed it.Excellent service super clean, the wifi was not that great and was hard to use for work with intermittent connection. Nice location beach about a mile walk, nice area in the back by the river.

We spent one night here and found it to be just delightful. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed - real glasses, a Keurig coffee maker. Our room had a screened in porch overlooking the river which was lovely for late night sitting. Knotty pine, comfortable chairs and bed. The grounds are well-kept, tall, old trees and even a barbecue... More

We're into old-school motels. We love the parking at the door to your room, and we find that the owners tend to go the extra mile. This place was a perfect example. Sure, the furniture may be a bit dated, there's harvest gold tile in the bathroom, and institutional carpeting throughout, but c'mon, you're there to chill after a long... More

Loved this little hotel located between Ogunquit and Wells. Both great places to spend some time. it was walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants, but you definitely need to drive to many of the nice place in the area. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing.

This is a hidden gem on the poutskirts of Ogunquit and without question the cleanest hotel room I've ever booked anywhere. Period. It was immaculate. Thank you Elaine! While the motel was basic in its offering of amenities such as a pool, etc., the property backs up to the Ogunquit River and has outdoor gazebos with tables and seating for... More

During our recent visit to Ogunquit, we had the pleasure of staying at the Towne Lyne Motel. This is a small motel with a limited number of rooms, but they are in very good shape and have all the necessary amenities. Our check-in was easy and we learned about the various places to see in the city along with good... More
