Our recent weekend at the Scotch Hill Inn was positively unforgettable. Anthony was very accomodating and he helped me organize a very successful engagement proposal weekend for my fiancé and her family. The last time we were at the Scotch Hill Inn was in October 2009 and the improvements that have been made since to the property are wonderful. From... More

Charming place with lots of character. Waking up to Anthony's breakfast couldn't start the day any better. Our first floor studio had the best amenities I've ever had in Ogunquit. Beautiful common rooms with lots of decor. He even made hot chocolate from scratch for a couple later in the evening.

Anthony's attention to detail is astonishing. He looked up egg free recipes for me as I am allergic to eggs and fowl. The Scotchhill Inn is set on the main road. A short walk from town and the beach, upon entering you are taken by the decor, the warmth, the ambience. Anthony is a superb cook, breakfast is a delightful... More

Our sister had passed away but had requested we spread her ashes along the Marginal Way, a place she loved so passing along the shore in Ogunquit, Me. . There were 7 of using several rooms. Ours had 2 beds a table, chairs, some cabinets and sink aside from a great shower. The place was lovely and homey and the... More

We stayed here this past weekend in room number 1 at the top if the stairs. It was the coziest and smallest room at the inn. We noticed there was vacancy when we checked in and asked to see the other rooms but once Anthony showed us the room it was fine. The room looks much better than the website... More

We had a wonderful time here. We brought our children 12 and 14 with us. It was a lot of fun! The inn keepers are very friendly and courteous. Our room was clean and quiet. My only complaint is that we wish they proved real maple syrup, and that really isn't a big deal.

The Scotch Hill Inn is everything you want! Anthony and his mum are wonderful, the rooms beautiful and the food is excellent. :) LOVED it. It is close to the beach, shopping and great restaurants! You can not go wrong with the SHI when you stay in Ogunquit.

Spent four days here with my wife and had a very relaxing stay, which is just what we wanted. The Inkeepers Anthony and his Mother Rita were super accommodating. The room we had was spaceous and had a great four poster bed with some other period correct items. Anthony is quite a talent in the kitchen and puts out a... More

Stayed for two nights midweek and loved it. We had stayed at Scotch Hill Inn several years ago but the new owners have made it feel like home albeit with gourmet breakfasts. Anthony has cultivated a very lovely garden space surrounding the comfortable porch where we could sit and read while having a glass of wine. The delicious and inventive... More
