Great location, easy walking to everything, didn't need to drive anywhere. Our room on the top floor was romantic, clean and very quiet. Charlie was a wonderful host and recommended some great restaurants which we tried. Breakfast was delicious although more choices would have been nice. The veranda was a nice place to sit and have coffee and read. We... More

Some of the rooms were "out of order" and staff were not very friendly. The area is nice though. We stayed there since nothing else was available. Price was a little high and the food was nothing great.

Bourne is well located between Perkins Cove and "downtown" Ogunquit. You can walk everywhere. We had a "suite" on the first floor. It consisted of a living room that opened onto the front porch, a large and newish bathroom, and a bedroom with a private porch off the back. I would imagine it is their best room, given its size... Very nice place. Charlie was a lot of fun and a great host. Rooms were spotless and very quiet. Close to everything. Would have enjoyed more variety for breakfast. Usually limited to one or two items cooked. I would suggest this place to anyone who wants a clean and quiet place close to everything.

I just can't say enough about this B&B. One of the best I've stayed in for many reasons. The owners are delightful, friendly, professional and they take great pride in keeping the Inn immaculate and comfortable for all guests. The rooms are beautifully decorated (I had the Sable Bay room on the first floor...loved it!). In addition, the location is... More

The suite was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is far enough away from the bustle of Ogunquit to make it peaceful but close enough to walk to everything. The innkeepers, Charlie and Ross, made our visit to Ogunquit pleasant and memorable.

My husband and I were traveling north to Acadia and decided to enjoy a break in Ogunquit. I found this place online and thought we''d give it a try. It's a great place, with a warm host who is happy to give you any info you need. It is clean, well decorated, and in a good location to walk around.... More

Here last July and returned for a March-April stay. Again, wonderful atmosphere, helpful host, and nice, hot and cold breakfast options. Clean and restful. The town at this time of year is partly shuttered - the public bathrooms were open in the center of town, but not in Perkins Cove. At least one restaurant and one t-shirt shop was open... More

My wife and I spent New Year's Eve in Ogunquit and stayed overnight at the Bourne. This was the fourth B&B I've stayed at in Ogunquit over the many years living near Boston and, this was the nicest overall experience so far. We really loved our room, the second floor mini-suite. Separating the bedroom and bathroom, there was a cozy... More
