We stopped at the Abalonia Inn during a "drive until you see something worth stopping for" vacation. I'm SO glad we did. First of all, SUPER nice staff. I don't recall the owner's name (I'm sorry!) but he was extremely friendly and knew anything you ever wanted to know about the area- where to go, what to eat, who to... More

We arrived later in the evening and the inn keeper was very nice and helpful. He showed us around the inn, gave us a map of the town, and recommended some dinner and breakfast places, both of which were great! The room was very nice. Free WiFi always a plus. They have a very nice saltwater pool, which he opened... More

I expected bigger, less basic room when I booked and feel the photos online are a bit misleading. Room was quiet, but pillows really uncomfortable for us. Manager was perfectly pleasant to us. Probably B&B fans would be happiest here. It was pricey for the quality of the room, but that may be due to demand etc.

I arrived at Abalonia this Sunday after booking it a month before. When I booked an Abalonia Queen on their website the thumbnail photo beside the room I booked showed a fairly large room with beamed ceilings. The concierge "Jimmy' took us up to the third floor to our room which was a bit of a shock..it was the size... More

We stayed here at the beginning of Aug 2014. Super nice innkeepers. It was a very last minute reservation - we were lucky they had a room. We upgraded from a queen to a king room for a very fair price. Room was very comfortable - lots of windows which I love. Easy walking everywhere. Pool area is great, and... More

My husband and I stayed at the inn for one night on a spur of the moment trip. After driving for hours, we were thrilled to step into the delightful heated pool and just de-stress! Our room was cute and cozy with a flat screen tv and private bath. We walked in to town for dinner and people watching, then... More

Unbeatable Location & Service This was our first stay at the Abalonia Inn and we were truly impressed. The location is second to none... just steps from everything you want to see/do in Ogunquit. Jimmy and staff were 4 Star hosts and ensured that no detail was overlooked. The heated outdoor saltwater pool was lovely and well maintained. The outdoor... More

Stayed for 5 nights in July, 2014. Place was very neat and clean, Jimmy and staff very friendly and helpful to any requests. Jimmy shared lots of helpful info with us regarding places to eat and things to see. The pool was great as it was too cold to swim in the ocean! It was within walking distance to beach... More

Had a great, one night stay here at the Abalonia Inn - very charming, great staff, pretty, well maintained grounds....pool, a bonus....close walk to the center of town, beach, Marginal Way - just park your car and you never have to move it. The only "negative" is that since it is wood floors throughout, and not carpet, you can hear... More

My partner and I have been coming to Ogunquit for the last four years. We usually stay at one of four or five of the larger inns/hotels, depending on availability and time of year. While in town last month, Danny encouraged us to visit Abalonia for a quick tour and consideration for our next visit. We showed up, got a... More
