Stayed for 5 nights in July, 2014. Place was very neat and clean, Jimmy and staff very friendly and helpful to any requests. Jimmy shared lots of helpful info with us regarding places to eat and things to see. The pool was great as it was too cold to swim in the ocean! It was within walking distance to beach... More

Had a great, one night stay here at the Abalonia Inn - very charming, great staff, pretty, well maintained grounds....pool, a bonus....close walk to the center of town, beach, Marginal Way - just park your car and you never have to move it. The only "negative" is that since it is wood floors throughout, and not carpet, you can hear... More

My partner and I have been coming to Ogunquit for the last four years. We usually stay at one of four or five of the larger inns/hotels, depending on availability and time of year. While in town last month, Danny encouraged us to visit Abalonia for a quick tour and consideration for our next visit. We showed up, got a... More

As soon as I entered into the front doors of the Abalonia, I was greeted by Jimmy and Danny. It was my first time to Ogunquit, though they made me feel like I've known them for years! The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of town and yet far enough for the serenity that the... More

Abalonia is a wonderful little B&B very close to everything in Ogunquit. The hosts are extremely warm and friendly, the other guests couldn't have been nicer, and it's about the closest accommodation to the beach one can stay in without having to deal with a super-crowded motel. hotel. Clean, quaint, and nice amenities. Highly recommended!

We were lucky from the start to get a room for one night only (generally a 2 night minimum) in Maine in the middle of July, the 19th that is!!!! We're so happy it was the Abalonia!!! Our stay was awesome! From the friendly staff, to the quaint room and Inn itself, the in-town location, salt water pool and fire... More

Really, really enjoyed our stay at the Abalonia Inn. The rooms were immaculate and Jimmy went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. The Inn is at a great lcation to walk to everything in Ogunquit and Jimmy was great at giving us directions. He seems to be a man who truly loves his work... More

Park your car and walk to everything including the beach. Owners have done a great job in restoring / renovating the inn. Very nice salt water pool, patio and fire pit. Jimmy and staff provide great service. We have stayed at other places in town over the years but have learned this is one of the top places to stay... More

My husband and I started going to Ogunquit 30 years ago with small children. Now (at last!) we can get away on our own. We arrived 5 days ago and did not use the car ONCE until we left today. The town is right there but not loud, the trolleys practically stop in front of the place, the walk to... More

Our recent stay at Abalonia Inn was excellent. The inn is a 1840's expanded farm house located in the center of Qgunquit within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and clubs. It has been totally renovated in the past two years down to the studs. Yes, it has smaller baths and no elevator. But it has parking, a salt... More
