Are you trying to figure out what hotel in Ogunquit is right by everything? I spent weeks on this site and others trying to figure that out....and to be honet you will not find it since the way the town and beach are set up. However, what the Meadowmere has to offer is that it is close to everything. You... more

-Paid approximately 700 dollars for 3 nights. -The room was the size of my walk in closet. -The sink wouldn't fit in the bathroom, so it's actually right next to the front door. -The toilet overflowed twice and flooded the bathroom. -Very little parking. People were actually sitting in the parking lot waiting and waiting for spaces to open up.... more

We recently stayed at the Meadowmere for one night on our way to Bar Harbor. We had difficulty booking a "one night only" (Saturday night no less!) in the Ogunquit area, but in the week or so before our trip, a few rooms at various properties seemed to become available, and we were able to book a room in the... more

Centrally located, if you want to walk to town you can. Parking extremely difficult in town. Nice place but if you stay out til 10 you might have trouble parking. Go early for breakfast or you'll have to wait. Everyone is very pleasant. Ogunquit is a bit overrated. Maine lobsters overpriced, in fact just about everything is overpriced. The town... more

Family of 4 with two young children. Booked a family suite which was very nice and very well maintained, with a nice little outdoor patio (not too big though). Suite has two rooms (fair size), with a small fridge which was in the bathroom sink area (thought it should have had some type of kitchenette area). Resort itself is on... more

This hotel was pretty good. We stayed 2 nights. On the negative side: I thought it was a little pricey...I noticed that most people checking out with me got lower rates than I did....perhaps I booked too early? (Apparently from what I'm reading here the rates drop the longer you wait to book) The outdoor pool was a little small.... more

This was at least our third or fourth weekend stay at the Meadowmere, and it was again fantastic. The location is great, right on the trolley line, and the resort itself is great too. Between the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, the outdoor hot tub, the roman pool, the free breakfasts (I'm amazed at the number of complaints about them... more

We stayed at the Meadowmere for one night after dropping our kids off at summer camp. We had been looking for a place in Ogunquit that had a bit of everything and was not too expensive. After reading reviews on trip advisor, we focused on Meadowmere because it had decent sized rooms, a gym, hot tub, pool, and spa. We... more

In November 2007 we made our reservation for a July 2008 one-week stay at Meadowmere. Our room rate: $238/night. My sister called on May 10, 2008 to get a room for the same July week and got her room for $50 less/night. I called the manager to ask for the lower rate and she told me that "the rates vary... more
