Just returned from 2 nights in the "Brookside" condos at Sunday River in Maine. This was our second visit to this resort, (last year we stayed in the Summit Hotel which was acceptable but not wonderful, but not what I'm reviewing here....) the Brookside Condos are definitely the "low rent" district of the resort, and given what we paid I... We spent this past weekend at Sunday River and had a wonderful time. The North Peak lodge was comfortable and the indoor pool was great after a long day of skiing. The ski area itself is great. Every employee we encountered was friendly and very accommodating during the ski rental process. The process itself is also a breeze. The Foggy... More

I was staying at Grand Summit for a working/wedding weekend event. I cannot say enough about every single employee there, from the waitstaff, bartenders, lift operators and the wedding planner. I have never worked an event that had zero issues! Besides the beautiful area and the sights it is always nice to be surrounded by friendly staff that really seem to enjoy... More

We visited Sunday River with friends and had a great time. There were lots of hills for all skill levels so it worked well for our large group, giving all of us the ski experience we wanted. We ate at the restaurant and it was very good. Although the resort was busy that weekend, there was plenty of rom to... More

My son and new daughter in law were married outside at the Jordan Grand last week - the venue was stunning! The hotel was so great to all of us as we descended on them for the weekend!! The food for the wedding was prepared perfectly which isn't easy for 100+ guests. The rehearsal was a bbq on site, also... More

1 of our 2 rooms were ready at 3:30pm; they could not tell us where the other room was or when it would be ready. On top of that when room was ready, it was on the whole other side of the building, no where near our other room. Mind you, the rooms were booked under same name. Anyways, front... More

I stayed here for a few days while I attended a conference at the resort. My husband traveled with me. The roads to get to the Jordan Grand Hotel were extremely run-down probably due to this past winter. When driving up, be sure to take it slow! The room was clean and had spectacular views. We appreciated the helpful front... More

The Grand Summit and Camp restaurant provided my group with a convenient, comfortable venue during the recent New England Forest Rally. The staff, as always, was courteous, friendly and fun, the food was great, the new décor in the lobby and restaurant was also fun and improved the usability of those areas. My team and I stay at the Grand... More

My husband and I stayed at the summit back in May. We stayed for one night and the next day while getting ready we noticed our toddler had slipped into the hallway on her own. We noticed right away and I thought my husband had forgot to lock the door the night before. He insisted he had, and he was... More
