In Maine people are supposed to be nice, not here!! When I called to book, the agent Cindy C.. was rude.. I felt that I was begging for money not a customer ready to pay 600$ for 2 nights stay. On location the staff was not friendly and at time (sorry) dumb; they should work on that ASAP! Beside the... More

was a decent hotel - rooms very clean, but basic furniture and kitchenette equipment. Staff was very friendly. Ski out from ski locker was a bit stretched. 200 yd of slight down and much poling to get to slopes. In wind the lift can go out and you are on a school bus for about 20 minutes plus. Restraint was... More

For me, it's all about the skiing when I go on a ski weekend. This hotel is on the mountain, but as far to one edge of it as you can get. On both Saturday and Sunday we never made it all the way back ( missed the last chair) so we had to take a shuttle which runs every... More

When you pull up to the Jordan Grand Hotel, you are taken-in by the grand gabled facade. Upon walking into the high-ceiling lobby with crackling fire, you feel welcomed and excited about the kind of room you would have in such a glorious establishment. After check-in and visiting the friendly and helpful staff, you search out your room and open... More

My family stayed at the Jordan for Christmas 2014. What a great hotel with great facilities and even better staff ! We loved the Pool and Hot Tubs after a long day Skiing. The teen room provided a little more space for them plus the great gym, sauna and Steam Rooms were also very popular. Due to conditions, ski in... More

Would like to thank "Terry," the managing supervisor at the Jordan's front desk. She saved our family Christmas ski outing from being an utter disaster and made it one of our best holiday adventures in recent years - despite weather unfit for skiing. We had purchased season ski passes at Sunday River as Christmas gifts for our college-age kids. Later,... More

We were here the week before Xmas and left the day after Xmas. It became a "very good" holiday after we moved rooms (please see below the comments on the room). This is a true ski-in/ski-out. The complaints about the green run being mislabeled is most likely from someone who is a weak skier and only knows how to ski... More

We arrived at night and the hotel was beautifully lit but reminded me of the hotel in "The Shining"! It's huge and as we were the only party staying there at the time (50 people) I expected our rooms to be close to the reception/entrance. However, we were a good 5 minute walk along drab corridors and stairs. Once there... More

Stayed here for two nights during our New England trip. The hotel is situated six miles from the main road on a mountain side. It is a fantastic property which probably needs plenty of guests to give it the atmosphere it needs. Our room was excellent , two great beds, coffee making and a balcony giving awesome views of the... More

I was disgusted at the service given when we went into the restaurant for dinner, after I had eaten just a few mouthfuls of my dinner, I thought it did not taste as it should have it was a very bitter sweet taste, with in a few minutes of eating I was violently sick at the dinner table, after calling...
