For a stay on October 10th and 11th, I paid for reservations for 2 nights in a Burnside unit (a separate building) in February (7 1/2 months in advance) after looking at pictures of the room online and discussing the reservation over the phone. When we arrived, I was given a key to a room in the main hotel. After... More

I stayed here one night for the supermoon photo shoot in September. The hotel is walking distance from the lighthouse and the restaurant, which is decent. The place is very quite and nice. The rooms are OK and clean. The property does not accept CC and check/cash only. The front desk person was nice and helpful.

Great place to stay, quiet and relaxing. love the antiques . we stayed in the Bird nest ! cozy....small shower, not for large person ! but it is cash only or checks. no credit cards accepted. walking distance to light house and breakfast diner. this is great spot if you want quiet, no hustle and bustle of touristy areas. some... This hotel is the place to stay. Everywhere I looked reminded me of my Grandparents. The rooms were so comfortable. The fireplace was amazing to take the September night chill off the air. The walk to the Seagull Cafe was relaxing. Judy was a great host, so accommodating. Thank you for the best vacation ever !!!,¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Notwithstanding the fact that the hotel is located a walking distance to the lovely Pemaquid Lighthouse we had a terrible experience with the front desk person. I have called The hotel 3 days before my arrival to reserve a room and was required to provide a credit card to hold the room. I specifically told them hat this card is... More

Lovely old style hotel next to beautiful Pemaquid Point. I stayed in Rm 101 and had a glimpse of the ocean and could hear the waves. My room did not have its own bath, instead I shared a bath with one other room and the price reflected this. Everything was clean with all of the charm of an old hotel.... More

Do not stay at this hotel if you don't like rusticity. It creaks with age and has none of today's modern conveniences except bathrooms, of course. Even those are difficult with faucets that have to be held to produce water. No such thing as mixing hot and cold with one spigot.toilets are low to the floor and showers slippery. Bed... More

Pemaquid Point is one of the nicest areas in Maine. The Hotel Pemaquid is in walking distance of the scenic lighthouse. The decor is nostalgic, from the pictures, the antiques on display, to the books in the library of the main hotel building. Separate guest buildings reflect a more modern feel. All are comfortable. The Hotel should consider adding a... More

We stayed two nights in the Curtis Suite. This is a good room choice, with lots of space and it has no road noise. I like this hotel in many ways. It is old but well maintained. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. The location is great, with a very short walk to the lighthouse and a great... More

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Pemiquid a few weeks ago in the Potting Shed. We absolutely loved it. A cute, clean and amazing lilttle cabin. Everything was clean and we could not have asked for more. We especially loved the private back deck that was surrounded with raspberry bushes. Very private. The cabin includes a little kitchenette... More
