I stayed with this motel this weekend and feel like its a home for a people who want to hike Mt. Katahdin . Staff is very helpful and room is neat and clean. Good number of towels in room. Lobby is huge and has indoor pool right in the lobby. Room has old type tv which should improve . Overall... More

I stayed at this hotel in 1994 which was the last time I was in Millinocket. It used to be called The Atrium. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have been upgraded much since. The woman who manages/owns(?) the hotel is extremely pleasant, helpful, and cooperative. The first room I checked into had an inoperable phone which I didn't care about... More

Nice people who own/work at motel. It's interesting looking and needs to be updated. But for the price it was better than most. It had an indoor pool and arcade games which was unexpected. The breakfast options in the morning were surprisingly good especially for the price. More than anything, the staff was really nice and willing to change anything... More

I have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years and I have to say this is the worst. DO NOT STAY here. There aren't many options in Millinocket and this does seem to be the cheapest but it's not worth the money savings. I pulled into a lot with 2 other cars on a Friday night, should have... More

Very strange looking hotel, no idea what it used to be. The overall atmosphere was depressing and unpleasant. But we wanted to give it a try and checked in. First of all, the rooms overlook the weird indoor area of the hotel. Our sliding glass door overlooked a pool. But by far the worst was ....hair found on the blanket,... More

We stayed this past weekend with friends on a snowmobiling trip. Bed looked like it hadn't been changed, and found two bugs in it! Needless to say I didn't sleep all night. Understand the place is being renovated, however, it was not very welcoming. Front desk hard to find, no one sitting there, you have to call for someone to... More

Stayed here 10 years and could see during our recent stay that the renovations still have not been completed! Within 5 minutes of checking in, the toilet in our room was overflowing! We waited a long time for the manager's husband to come fix it. Very loud in our room, we could hear every step in the room above us.... More

We stayed here and were disappointed. It is currently going under renovations that it desperately needs. The elevator was very noisy and I quickly looked for the inspection tag that was there. Our room was over the pool but the noise was not coming from the pool as it was covered for most of our stay. The rooms actually shake... More

This hotel needs to complete the renovations they have started. The good news was we had a quiet night's rest and the bed was comfortable and clean. The bad news, the place needs a good updating and cleaning.

My wife & I and another couple just stayed at the Katahdin Inn & Suites for two days. I think I am generous in giving it an average rating but do so because it appears like the owners are trying to improve the facility. Let me begin with the “good”. The location is convenient to Baxter State Park and is... More
