My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in September 2014. The Inn is stunning. The rooms are exquisitely furnished and beautifully appointed. There is a short walk down to the beach where you can sit and relax and watch the wildlife - we saw 2 dolphins a stone's throw away, leisurely swim past. The service is fantastic -... More

The Inn at Sunrise Point is a beautiful inn situated in an absolutely beautiful location. For my wife and me, the “wow factor” on this inn was really off the scale. We stayed in the Lane Cottage, and as other reviewers have noted for all the rooms, it truly was elegantly appointed, warm and inviting. With the windows of our... More

We stayed at the Inn at Sunrise Point in October while on a trip to hike and enjoy the fall foliage. The inn is impeccable, and the location is spectacular -- at the end of the road directly on the east-facing shore of Penobscot Bay. Views of the sunrise and moonrise were spectacular. We stayed in the Fitz Henry Lane... More

This was our third visit to Sunrise Point and it is still perfect. We stayed in the Winslow Homer cottage again. it feels like home to us, so cozy. It is very relaxing to sit out in the adirondack chairs and enjoy the peace and quiet. The breakfasts are delicious and served in the beautiful dining room and sunroom. Daina,... More

Had an excellent three stay at this quaint and close to Camden ME inn. Room was small and cozy, with gas fireplace. Had frig with sodas and water, room had robes and turn down service. Breakfasts were great and they were very accommodating with any dietary issues. Liked the solarium off the breakfast area and the library/bar always had a... More

We've stayed in many country inns over the years, and we can say without hesitation that the Inn at Sunrise Point is superb in every respect. We spent a week there in September 2014. Great location directly on the east-facing shore of Penobscot Bay about 4 miles north of Camden, ME. We were lulled to sweep by the sound of... More

Returned to Sunrise four years after our first visit and it just gets better. They continue to upgrade the rooms and everyone is friendly and helpful. The rooms are super clean, the baths are large and the amenities great. Breakfast is not to be missed. We like to work out of central location and Sunrise Point works great with access... More

My wife and I throughly enjoyed our visit. We booked for 3 nights but extended another night. Perfect place to visit the mid coast of Maine. Everyone was so friendly we felt at home the first day. I don't Like to slow down but here it's so natural. Don't skip breakfast for any reason.
