Costs are $99 for Queen, $110 for King, $140? or so for deluxe etc., which includes taxes/fees and free donuts/coffee in the morning. The Herbert Grand is on par with many of the hotels I stayed at in undeveloped Tibet. The night I spent there was the worst lodging experience of my life. Our room had a queen bed.
