We have stayed here many times and are always happy. We don't expect a 5 star at a ski resort. The staff are great and all of them are skiers themselves--chill out and relax people. Beds are comfy. We were here for raggae weekend and had no noise issues at all which was a pleasant surprise. Windows in our room... More

Six of us shared two rooms during a recent Friday and Saturday night stay. The following morning, each of us remarked how well we had slept on the VERY comfortable beds! Our rooms had a kitchen nook with sink, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, glasses and silverware. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom, an ironing board and... More

As in many other reviews it can't be said enough how friendly and helpful the staff are. That fact mostly makes up for the slightly worn out state of the hotel and the overabundance of flies in the room. We stayed 4 nights in an Alcove room. We were 2 adults and a small child and the size was great.... More

First the good- The staff at the hotel could not be nicer from check-in to check-out they are always helpful. The rooms were decent size and the new restaurant in the hotel was great for breakfast and ok for dinner. The new hot tub is really great after a long day freezing on the mountain. The bad- If you have... More

My friend and I spent a week of skiing at Sugarloaf. Stayed at the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel. The room was excellent. Staff was very friendly. The mountain was fabulous. Will surely go back again next year.

Sugarloaf is a substantial mountain for a New England resort. We stayed 3 nights over Martin Luther King weekend 2014. They were blowing snow over a somewhat icy base, similar conditions to our trip to Sugarloaf in 2010. There are plenty of blue runs, more challenging intermediate / expert slopes on the left side as you face the mountain, and... More

We've stayed at the Hotel on many trips to Sugarloaf and are ALWAYS pleased! It's just steps away from several lifts! The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. The addition of the large outdoor hot tub is fantastic! The staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast - included with the room - was delicious and had something for everyone in our... More

We go to Sugarloaf every year. Both of my kids learned to ski here in their ski school. In past years, we rented condos with other families. This year, we decided to give the hotel a try and got two adjoining rooms for our three night stay. Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the base... More

My wife grew up going to Sugarloaf mountain so it was a true honor to get to experience with our own kids what she got to experience as a child. We are a family of 5 (2 adults and three kids ages 10, 8, and 2). We stayed on the 6th floor in I believe room 604. The room was... More

We had a very nice stay at the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel over 3 days at Christmas. We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids, ages 13, 10, and 8). Our 2-room suite (#605, on the top floor) was not fancy but very clean, spacious, overlooked the base lodge and one of the lifts, and had a kitchenette... More
