This was a great little place in Kennbunkport about a 3-5 minute drive from the center of town. The rooms were very clean and simple, nicely decorated. i stayed on business at there sister hotel KPI and they took care of me so i later stayed at the lodge at turbats creek and it was great... this time i could relax with the dog and enjoy the pool..very clean more

I came to kennebunkport for my birthday in may. and it was great pool was 87!!! like they said..bike where great and there when we needed them. and anything i needed front desk was there to take care of my every need... This trip left us with an important lesson learned; never travel with your pet! We wanted to get away for the weekend, but had no one to leave our dog with, so we opted to travel with our dog. Small motel in a great location. Very quiet. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our bed was a bit soft for me, but not bad. I found the location to be perfect, on a nice quite street, close to the village of Kennebunkport but away from the crowds. For the price, this is a fantastic find for the area. more

This is now a very pleasant place - clean, fresh, everything seems new, so I'm guessing there was a change of ownership or at least a renovation. The property is well cared-for and the staff are as friendly as can be. I'll come back, and recommend it to my friends and relatives. more

I booked this place based on the review on-line. When we saw our room, we couldn't believe how musty it smelled. Our shoes stuck to the carpet when we walked around the room... that's how dirty the floor was.
