We just came back from our second visit to Rhumb line...We love the place, very relaxing and great food and service at the Admirals Table, special thanks to Sandy and the kitchen crew for all the efforts in making our dining at the "table" a great experience :) The Package deal is a great value (and an awesome addition if... I wish they had a extra blanket in the closet in room 207 on June 23 2010. I did send email to theme that night asking for a acrylic blanket no answer. Anywas poor service other than that a good place. But wish they would improve service a little. Maybe they should buy some nice soft acrylic blankets from www.reedfamilylinens.com... More

We had an excellent visit at the Rhumbline. The grounds were beautiful, the children enjoyed the pool, a very helpful staff, the continential breakfast was plentiful and did I mention the pillows?? They were so soft and cuddly, I found out that they sell them so I bought two. Great place to stay!

My husband, our 2 years old daughter and I visit the hotel last week. We research for two weeks and this hotel was our selection from five other resorts in the area. At first time we were somehow curious to see if the pictures on the web page reflected what we expected. This resort is a great place if you... More

We booked rooms based on our last trip to The Port 3 years ago when we stopped in and looked around....unfortunately, we were in area over Columbus Day weekend, which is apparently a huge deal in New England, so we paid premium price of $149 a night....we loved the secluded location as there was no traffic to deal with getting... We stayed one night on our way to Boothbay Harbor. The room we were given was right above a public area downstairs that was being used for a celebration with a live band. The floor was literately vibrating and it was loud. We did request another room, and it seems we would have been able to move, but we were... More

The hotel seems to be a little dated. The air conditioner had a personality deciding on its' own what temperature you were going to get. Management stated there was no maintenance on duty to fix it but someone did come and look. Breakfast was standard continental and fairly long drive for lunch or dinner. The grounds were beautiful and it... More

This place is nothing special. The location isn't close to anything. Certainly not worth the price. Find another place to stay.

Booked last minute at Rumb Line Resort. The pictures on the web site looked great. Arrived at the room, and said to myself - "it's only for the night". The rug was dirty, dead bug in the bath room, misquitoes in the room. After having a nice, expensive dinner in town (we were ending our mini vacation the next day),... More

We recently stayed at the Rhumbline Resort for 4 nights and had a great experience... this resort is tucked away but yet so close to the beautiful coastline and many attractions in Kennebunkport. We really enjoyed the pools and the hot tubs (inside and out). The admirals table was awsome...the staff exceptional (especially Doug) even though he's a Red Sox... More
