I am anticipating my second stay while I attend a weekend workshop at Heartwood College of Art. The pool was warm, hot tubs hot and open late and early enough for me to enjoy the facilities. The staff was friendly , and pool, rooms and hotu were clean.

This place was great, friendly, clean and convenient. The off-season price is unbeatable. They have a continental breakfast, workout facilities, strong wi-fi, and are a short drive to the downtown. I was in town for a quick visit to check out the Landing School in Arundle. Would recommend, and like to check out during peak season.
