We celebrated our wedding anniversary, and everything was perfect. Wonderful food, and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed the pool, and the water views. As a plus, Kennebunkport is a fun town, with a lot of things to do, and see. more

My wife and I have stayed here twice. The first time we stayed there I took my wife (then my girlfriend) there to propose to her. We stayed in the Cove View room which was a very nice size room with an oversized king bed, whirlpool in the bathroom and a beautiful view of the cove. This room was everything... more

Our trip was one of those spur of the moment ideas. We did an online search and ended up with the Village Cove Inn. The room we stayed in was so cozy and clean. We noticed we didn't have a bottle opener and called the front desk. It appeared withing minutes. The scenery is amazing. It is just a great... more

My husband and I saw an advertisement in a local newspaper a few years ago featuring a package deal at the Village Cove Inn. We thought it was a good deal so we decided to check it out for our anniversary, which happens to be in October. We were so pleased with the service, location and our room we've gone... more

I have been staying at the Village Cove Inn with friends for years during the first weekend of December for the Christmas Prelude in Kennebunkport. That weekend for us is an escape to a Currier and Ives time. From the moment we arrive to the aroma of a crackling fireplace to enjoy cookies and eggnog, to the warm breakfasts delivered... more

When I first arrived I was a little disappointed, because I expected a newer hotel, but it ended up suiting us just fine. We stayed in one of the two apartments. Ours was the 2 bedroom 1 bath, with pull out couch and kitchen. The kitchen appliances were a little dated, and so was the bathroom, but everything worked. It... more

It's the 3rd year we have come to this area and chosen to use this hotel as our base - friendly and attentive service, but not overbearing, great location, central for getting around. I would not hesitate to say 'stay here' if you are looking for somewhere in Kennebunkport or just somewhere along the Maine coast. more

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the VCI for 4 days and what a welcoming spot! The rooms were spacious and there were enough amenities to keep us very comfortable. The pools and gym were very much to our liking, especially being able to relax in the sun and then take a dip in the wonderfully temp controlled... more

This "inn" is actually a glorified motel. The restaurant was closed for breakfast and dinner...only soda machines available. The room was a typical motel room. It was cooler at night, but we couldn't open the sliding doors for air since there was no screen to keep out the bugs. Our maid could not speak English and took away most of... more

Firstly we would like to express our sincere regret that these guests did not have a great experience at the Village Cove Inn. We all work so very hard to ensure our guests enjoy the utmost in service and comfort during their stay here and we are always very dissappointed when someone is not happy. We would like to address...
