Lovely historic Inn with a great location - walking distance to everything in Kennebunk Stopped in here for a lunch/snack the other day and got their pizza and it was a pleasant surprise - very tasty and a nice size for a personal pizza. They do not have many appetizers on their menu tho, so adding to that section would... More

Lovely porch, patio, restaurant, ample parking, great location. Room was comfortable with antique desk, refrigerator, old fashioned tub (with shower), and king-sized bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very welcoming to our dog. We stayed 5 nights. Coffee service available in the morning. If you do not like historic properties which come with floors that are not perfectly level and... More

Spent the night at the Inn.... 3rd floor no elevator, narrow stairs. Surly & rude staff met us. Uncomfortable, ugly room, dirty bathroom, poorly appointed furnishings. Parking is a joke, not enough room, dirty overhead trees. On a scale of 1-10 I'd give it barely a "2". Do yourself a favor and don't stay here... Go anywhere else.

Friendly staff, but one of the ugliest rooms I have ever stayed in. Judging from the other pictures some rooms must have been renovated, but our room looked nothing like the picture. It was dark without real window and covered from bottom to top with pink flowers.

My wife and I stayed here prior to her running the 2015 Maine Coast Marathon. To make a long story short, customer service is severely lacking. I asked the afternoon before if we could get some hot water for tea/oatmeal for early the next morning and was told no. To top it off, the morning of the marathon there was... More

Traveled on December 7th, 2014 and stayed at the Kennebunk Inn. We were in town for the Christmas Prelude events. Generally speaking, if you understand that this place is an Inn (an old Inn) and not a hotel or motel that will help you to not be disappointed. The actual building is a very old, old home, that many years... More

We stayed two nights at the Inn it was the last weekend of November. We were quite disappointed, the bathroom was in dire need of a modern shower and the water pressure was really low not to mention getting hot water for a shower. The room was adjacent to a public skating rink with loud music until late in the... More

We made a reservation at the Kennebunk Inn thinking it was the Kennebunkport Inn. That was a huge mistake. Our room had no accessible outlets for charging phones, etc and the shower was very small with exposed rusted pipes in the ceiling. Needless to say, we turned in our key and found somewhere else to stay.

Along with another couple, my husband and I reserved a suite for Sept 19th and the 20th @ a cost of $ 408.00 total for the 2 nights. We booked the suite, with the understanding it was 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and one with queen size bed. When we were taken to the room the first thing... More

We passed through Kennebunk and stopped at the Inn as it was late and dark. We would not stay again. The hotel looks nice and well maintained on the outside. However on the inside it really is in a dire need of an update. Sorry to say this but it is just not worth the money. Everything looks worn and... More
