The hotel is perfectly situated and worth a stay. The rooms are excellent and the staff wonderful. The ocean is right across the street with a terrific walking walking path. The only thing we would mention is the Stripers Restaurant is a sister property and not worth going to. The food was terrible and way over-priced. Otherwise a great stay!

Enjoyed staying by the sea. The Beach House is very scenic. The Inn is a old house, so don't expect the amenities of a chain. However, the breakfast included was very good for a hotel breakfast. There is a very relaxing living room area and a very attractive an comfortable side yard to relax in.

The Inn is a lovely old house, with an amazing view on the ocean, but it is in dire need of maintenance to get it up to the standard of the price charged. In our room: the bathrooms are small, that's manageable, but the shelves over the toilet are rickety and threaten to fall at any moment. No shower gel,... More

My husband and I stayed here for his birthday at the end of May. It was absolutely wonderful. We particularly liked the ocean setting. The room we stayed in was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but manageable. The main sitting area on the first floor was just terrific with a lot of comfortable chairs and couches. The internet connection... More

We had a nice trip up the coast to our fabulous inn, the Beach House. The inn is located steps from the Atlantic Ocean. We had a partial ocean view room which was clean and comfortable. The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and kept a bottle of Champagne we had purchased earlier in the day on ice for... More

Just a couple of things to be aware of before you book your room... 1. There are no rocking chairs on the porch...just barstools. 2. The ocean is across the street, and it is a "rocky" beach...no sand. 3. Town is farther away than expected. 4. The room (1st floor) was nice, but WiFi was unreliable. Also, not many TV... More

Great location, very nice rooms, and the staff worked very hard to be accommodating. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the very average continental breakfast. A Hampton Inn has a better layout. Expected more out of a highly rated B&B. Access to Kennebunkport was easy and having great parking options in a busy tourist spot... More

My husband and I stayed at this 'luxury' inn for three nights. Would not stay again. Did enjoy the breakfasts, cookies, wine and cheese in the afternoon. Housekeeping service for room was good. However, no wifi in rooms, waterpipes bathroom sink made loud noise when turning on faucet, ceiling torn over tub, could not use dresser drawers...the dresser drawers of... More

This is such a nice place, thanks to the perfect location ... however not exploit to its extent at all! Not up to our expectations and the price- performance ratio is completely distorted! For this expensive price, one could expect much more. This place lacks completely of any management. Reception upon arrival is very unprofessional, extremely young, untrained staff, lacking... More

Just stayed here for 4 nights - beautiful location - and lovely common area with great breakfast and afternoon snacks. We used the complimentary bikes and canoes. Smallish rooms, but didn't spend too much time in the room. a bit far from main town area, but very quiet and relaxing and used fire pit outside at night. We had a... More
