Humble establishment has charm and exceeded our expectations for a motel. More efficient and friendlier service than most places I've stayed. The people with negative reviews probably have issues with their expectations.

Our expectations were modest but this motel and its excellent staff far exceeded our expectations. Bathrooms were disgusting. Floor was filthy and had toilet paper stuck to it. Tub looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in years. Carpet was filthy. No restaurant as advertised but wouldn't have ate there anyway.
