This motel is in a fabulous location on the shores of Moosehead Lake. The standard motel room was clean and comfortable with a wonderful view of the lake. A coffee machine in the room would gave been a welcome addition.

We were here for one night. It's a typical motel room, simple but clean. Very nice lakefront property. Wifi was very slow. You can get coffee at the reception but you may want to take the car to the center for breakfast. Auntie M also offers sandwich lunch bags.

It's clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and efficient. The location is amazing, and there's lots to do. The price is reasonable. The rooms are rather plain, maybe even a bit dated, but (as I said) clean and comfortable. So there's really no reason not to stay at this place. I've stayed twice, and would go back.

WiFi doesn't work on the second floor at all.(rooms 16 and 17 at least.) Second floor balcony feels very flimsy. The right set of stairs is extremely inclined compared to normal stairs. The heat was accidentally left on the same time as the air conditioners fan and the owners wife was extremely unpleasant about it. We tried to explain it... More

We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. Had to laugh over the boot tray in the room and lack of closet. It's an old-school motel, but you've got to love it. The room had a refrigerator. Had a beautiful view from our room of Moosehead Lake. The lawn has several spots to sit by the lake. I would... More

We stayed one night in a second floor room in the older building. The room was clean, but desperately needed updating. The view was great, overlooking the lake. The waterfront was very good. We went out in one of the canoes. Paddleboats were also available. But for the money we paid, I would have expected more. When we checked in... More

Visited here this weekend with my family. We had two rooms on the bottom floor. Both rooms had a big window with a fantastic view. The coffee was awesome in the morning and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The picnic area is great with tables and grills to use and canoes as well. Will definitely... My husband and I spent 5 terrific days here at the end of June. We had a 2nd floor balcony room, absolutely beautiful view out over the lake. Room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Loved watching the float planes coming and going, finally decided we had to try it ourselves, what a great experience that was.... More

We had a second floor room, which was clean and comfortable. It had a picture window with a table and chairs in front of it, making the most of the lovely view of the lake. We were here ahead of the tourist season so pretty much had the place to ourselves. We enjoyed the use of a paddle boat the... More
