Recently stayed at this little motel as part of a snowmobile trip from Millinocket to Greenville. As most have stated in their reviews on here the room was basic, but clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for two people and some gear. It was located right off the trail and close to gas and groceries so it was... More

I keep wanting to come back for more!! Imagine a cozy, spotlessly clean motel with charming furniture and crisp clean soft linens and all the towels you could possibly want. (Now, it's not the W or the Four Seasons...but it's great for this category. You get much more for your money for this category than with other motels!) You can... More

We stayed in the Indian Hill Motel off season. The room was very large but basic. In room coffee maker was a nice touch. However, there was a bright light right outside our room and not way to block the light - curtains were thin and there were no blinds.

This family-owned hotel is always nice to stay at. It is at the top of a hill that looks up to Moosehead Lake, what Greenville is best-known for. Every room has a view. The rooms themselves are clean, large, cozy, and offer internet, coffee and T.V. The bathrooms are standard. I liked the soft mattress, because that is my preference.... More

The first view of Moosehead Lake is as you crest Indian Hill. The motel is right there. Every room has a great view of the lake. The rooms are very large. We had the king bed room and there was still a lot of room. A nice large flat screen TV. The bathroom was standard. Everything was clean. Across the... More

Indian Head Motel is set in a very scenic area. It is at the top of the hill that overlooks the lake. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only thing lacking in the room is a fridge. Rates are excellent as well as the staff there.

Staff is really nice and very welcoming (Jess). The room was really clean! Booked our trip through Northeast Guide Service. Went white water rafting on the Kennebec and also did the moose tour. We had a blast and can't wait to return to Moosehead Lake next year! P.s. Go to flat landers and get the broasted chicken

My boyfriend and I stayed very comfortably at he indian hill motel for 4 night! It's not much to look at from the outside, but the rooms are SO clean and comfortable! As soon as we walked in it just smelled so clean and fresh! Yes, it's a little dated, but it had pretty much everything we needed for a... More

We spent two nights here, and although the rooms are of average quality, if you are going whitewater rafting, kayaking or moose 'hunting' with Northeast Guides, there is nowhere more practical. Located literally across the road, one can walk from the room to the reception in thirty seconds. This means that you don't have to bother driving anywhere, and is... More

Have been fishing the streams in the Moosehead Lake area for over 25 years and decided to book our stay at Indian Hill this past June. Rooms were clean, quiet, had a great view and were very inexpensive. We are currently planning our fall trip and will again stay at Indian Hill as the location and price meets our needs.... More
